Unlike Lowe's and Home Depot, this great place is a friendly store.
Not a vapid/spiritless warehouse that is overrun with disgruntled underpaid employees who hate their unfullfilling jobs.
There are knowledgable people at ACE who are available and more than willing to help.
Roger helped me find the product I was seeking and, also, he pointed-out where the location of the Dremel products in which I also expressed interest.
As I was paying for my chosen product, he asked if I had found the Dremel product I needed. That is what's called being attentive and caring about my experience in their store.
To visit this ACE, I drive much father than the Lowe's and Home Depot stores which are nearer to my home. It's worth...every time.

Ag Supply Ace Hardware is my go-to spot for all home and garden needs. The store is stocked with a wide range of products, from tools and hardware to gardening supplies and pet care items. What really sets this place apart is the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They're always ready to help, offer advice, or find that elusive item you're searching for. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it feels like a community hub where everyone knows your name. Prices are competitive, and they often have great deals and promotions. Whether you're a DIY enthusiast or a professional, Ag Supply Ace Hardware meets all expectations with excellent service and quality products.

Well stocked hardware store. The best thing about it is, unlike the two giants in the area, the store is easy in - easy out. You can even park very close to the door.
Hardware, paint, gardening supplies, bird food, power lawn and garden tools. They have it all and at a reasonable price.

I went here today to pick up a bunch of supplies to replace a window. I looked on Google to look for stores that cut glass and though a big box store was first, I thought “let’s support Ace!” cause they were also on the list. I had a whole shopping list planned and my plan of action set! I go in there and politely ask an older man behind the hardware counter if they cut glass. He looked at me like I was the scum of the earth and replied they didn’t. I asked if he might have a line on where they did do it (thinking that their not doing it was a new development since the internet told me they did and decent humans will try to be even the tiniest bit helpful). This crusty old booger says, “you should probably Google it.” Oh, really? I did you imbecile and it led me here! I was fuming and went to collect my other supplies and then it hit me: why would I support a place where this awful man is employed when I can get real help at a big box store (even if it means lining the pockets of heartless capitalists). Good luck, Ace Hardware, but I will never visit you again. So, if you are or love being around withering, sarcastic, disrespectful, disgruntled old men, then this is the store for you!

The crew at Ace Hardware are amazing. Had a problem with online order and they corrected it for me. Also had to cut a large amount keys and had it done on time. Always very friendly.

Worst hardware store. Multiple times I have had issues at the Silver Lake location. I’ve been kicked out so they can close while standing in line to cash out. I’ve ordered online and they refused to return it at “that store location.” The phones are always ringing and no one answers. Most of the time you cannot find help and if you do “it’s a managers job” and there’s never a manager. I prefer to shop local and small businesses but I’m gonna have to go to Home Depot now

My toilet had issues. Which meant I had issues. When things go wrong and won't fix themselves, you find out just how resourceful and handy you can be. I tucked my dog under one arm, had my list in hand and marched right in the door of Ace Hardware. I tried to look convincing, like I knew what I was doing ... but I didn't have a clue. I was impressed with the broad selection of merchandise being sold at Ace. Even my dog was impressed...(they have a pet aisle). After acquainting myself with every aisle, I got down to business: the business of plumbing products. Thankfully for me, a very friendly, knowledgeable staff member saw me staring at toilet stuff, and very politely asked if he could help out. And he was extremely helpful! The employee working the register was also cheerful and I enjoyed a quick chat with him before leaving. If I have to choose between Ace or Home Depot (on the corner of 99 and Airport) I'll choose Ace every time, just for safety reasons alone! I'm glad I stopped in and I'll definitely be back. (By the way, in case you wondered... my toilet is fixed!)
