The gals in the bakery are always so nice and helpful. I really appreciate that they go above and beyond for the customers.

The service isn't and hasn't been the best from what I've experienced which has now affected the ambiance of the store. Whoever overlooks the district or department that this store is located should really consider being present and hiring staff that is welcoming, helpful, which would impact the overall growth of the store. Some of us still appreciate good service.

Rudest employees.. Every time I go in there I'm constantly glared at and talked down to. No other grocery store has ever been rude to me but this one is every single time.... What has happened to customer service these days. When I was growing up the people working in grocery stores where so nice and caring. And there is never anyone there who can work the costomer service station. So why even have in there when it's always closed and they also have the worst prices. U r way better off just going somewhere else. I used to feel bad for them cause of all the homeless they have to deal with but now I see it's just their karma. Worst customer service in Everett

I was just at the Safeway at 520 128th St SW in Everett, WA and had gone through the self checkout. At checkout I realized I was using a card only machine and needed to split my payment between card and cash. So I called Kim, with the cool nails, over and said I screwed up and explained what I had done. She was AWESOME! Never at any point did she express any indifference, no frustration, she was genuinely happy to help. We ran into an issue after she suspended the transaction to ring up at her station so we ended up having a cashier re-ring my transaction, which was still wrong because now I wasn’t getting my for you digital discounts, but Kim was right there to make sure everything was right, she took over and corrected to prices to reflect all the discuss was just absolutely pleasant about it. She deserves recognition. She could have acted annoyed, she could have just passed me off and not cared whether it was right, but she went above and beyond to help me!

I've been discriminated against and spoken to poorly by management at Safeway as well as Albertsons owned by the same company. In this short clip (altered by yelp) I stopped in Safeway to shop and asked to use the ladies room and I was told by the manager (which refused to identify himself) and another employee as well) to leave and don't come back, he threaten to call the police and tried to grab me multiple times after I told him not to touch me. I've reached out to Albertsons twice and never received a response. I've explained my situation and informed them I have video of the incident but still, nothing.

Picnic Point Safeways is AWESOME! Always clean, people are helpful and friendly. Selections are great! One of my patient's told me about Safeway socks being the best summer footies, and she wasn't lying. They have all sorts of cool things you don't normally find. Seahawks attire, beautiful floral arrangements and vase's, a Holiday section, a discount section, cakes to order from weddings to birthdays, and if you cannot find something, let them know and they will try to carry it. We love this place!!!

This location will still not justify to public there higher costs for products to public. Not worth higher costs product markup costs for public. Rip off based on pricing here compared to other stores offering better products.

I love most of the staff that work here. I am a regular. There is a male employee maybe in his 30s he is a cashier and he Burps out loud it is so gross considering this same employee is handling our groceries. we teach out children to say excuse me after they burp . I have watch other employees just disgusted when they hear him bellch, you can't ignore it. it's hideous

We typically don't have issues with this location except for the safety factor in the parking lot. Today inside the store was different. After trying to locate someone working at self checkout... we found someone. She had a terrible personality and wasn't helpful to the least. I don't usually write reviews unless something really bothered me. This finally did. I know Safeway is exceptionally good at hiring people with special needs (which is commendable) unfortunately this wasn't the case. They're enough Safeway stores in the area to avoid this location. Next time if we have a need for groceries we'll think twice before entering this location It's understandable that finding good employees isn't easy in this particular time... but... Please don't try and placate me with another one of careless form letters. It's obviously insincere. This Safeway has weak management and training for customer service skills. We came from professional retail and customer service backgrounds. Maybe you should vet your employees better if you want to become a professional retail company. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Worst service ever. One checker at 9pm and at least 15 people in line going all the way down an entire aisle. Left with no groceries. Didn't have time to wait so long to buy 2 items. Staff with more people, you are losing business with such poor staffing.

The lady at the registers saw I wasn't feeling the best and asked if I was ok. She gave great customer service and made me feel very welcome. The parking lot is sketchy.

Was there Monday morning and they had some guy with 6 employees and 2 customers around him going through his stuff and yelling at him telling him to leave the store. As he darted through the door the older lady with blonde curly hair pretty much dragged him back into the store ? These people are taking BIG risks by getting involved and makes this place to shop very dangerous for other customers . I see a lawsuit waiting to happen. Where is the real security?
