Been getting my medications here for years now. The staff is very helpful over the phone and friendly in person. Although price is a factor in where I get my prescriptions this location makes it worth my while

Been here for a long time (around 10 years) and staff are nice. Even though they are short staffed and overworked (international work storage) they'll help you get your meds and COVID/flu shots.

Don't even stock Lactaid pills for dairy. Poor selection in over the counter.

The staff are kind although they are overworked and there is never enough staff. The lines are long. The wait to pick up is way to long. Seriously if I don’t see a new face or 2 in the next 2months I will relocated all my scripts and my kids. It’s not worth the 30minutes wait while the pharmacist gives Covid shots and the other employees need his fingerprint to move forward. It has always been way behind in staff. Please give this pharmacy staff Sayvon. enough money to pay staff quit over working staff and get more please. It’s insane. GET more staff please or lose customers. The end

I'm not surprised by the low rating. The customer service is more trash than I'd like it to be. My mother and I have both had bad experiences. She was racially profiled by the security last year. This year I've had 2 pretty bad interactions with their cashiers. This store has not responded to my complaints. It makes me wonder who's running the place. Store has everything you need (except for the stuff that's low on supply everywhere due to COVID.). But some of the interactions I've had just make me not really want to go here, though I live a 5 min walk away. I prefer just driving to Costco or elsewhere. If management responds to my complaints then I'm willing to hear them out, but staffing (numbers and performance) are pretty abysmal overall. I've met one cool employee. But I didn't have to check out with that guy.

THIS IS A GREAT GROCERY STORE THE PEOPLE WHINING about having to wait 5 minutes to check out need to go buy their beer and smokes at the mini-mart - There are several in the vicinity. Besides, ALBERTSON's on 128th has had self-checkout for a while now. If you made it past the 6th grade it's entirely possible you'd be able to successfully use it and cut your excruciating wait time a good 70%. I've lived in this neighborhood a long time.

Very friendly and KUDOS to them for wiping the counter and card pad after every transaction during this awful virus. Haven't seen Safeway or Walmart lift a finger to create a safe and clean environment. Thank you Albertsons!

The cashiers Tyler, Bryan, and another gentleman whose name I haven't gotten yet (will add when I find out) really stand out with their work ethic and friendliness. I almost always have an enjoyable small chat with them as I check out if it's not busy. Also there's so much clearance items here! It's one of my regular spots I check for great clearances, they're always adding more. Produce is pricey though but what can you do? Don't let the scathing reviews keep you away, it's really not the worst and I can tell they really are trying here.

It saddens me to read so many poor reviews of this store. What's worse is being confused with another checker and receiving a bad review. There are many customers that come to this store that wait in my line because they know I'm helpful and polite. If I have been rude, it could be several reasons that have nothing to do with you, the customer but more of having a long line and having some customers showing anger towards me. I have no control over the scheduling, non of us do. Be kind and please don't expect the checkers to know the prices of every product in the store, it would be impossible to know that with weekly sales and a million products. As for the shady people, we have no control over that either and we're doing our best. If I've been rude to anyone, my sincerest apologies. It's not easy pleasing everyone but I do try.

Horrible place to shop the cashier are rude. The floor is dirty and disgusting. Dont get the hamburger its disgusting. I have had two instances where the deli fresh hamburger tasted old and frozen it was inedible. Power goes out there a lot so I question the food. Last Friday was it for me the cashiers didnt greet me and kept talking to one another about Oprah. I'm done there and I recommend you all shop elsewhere.

Extremely sketchy customers and people loitering around the parking lot. So many people seem like they're strung out on drugs and/or fresh out of prison. I'm not sure if it's because there's a bus station nearby or what. Last time I was here, the customer behind me in the checkout line kept eyeing my purse while nervously fidgeting back and forth. Overpriced groceries, unfriendly cashiers.

At 5:30 pm on Monday only 2 checkers for the store. Each line wraps around the store. 10 carts or more per line. Insanity. On the plus side, the tall young black man (sorry I forgot his name) who checked my groceries was polite and helpful and good spirited about the short staffing situation. I would give him 5 stars but the store management that does scheduling earned the 1 star review.

This isa review for 1 person here at this location. I am really tired of being overcharged and criticized here. Kelli is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Very often, I have to tell her that an item is on sale. I nicely told her that the price of an item was incorrect and to change it to the advertised price to the correct one in Albertsons ad and she firmly said, "Why?!" I said, because it's on sale... Isn't it part of her job to know the ads? She doesn't listen to customers and is really rude talking to them. She was flipping out over a price being 4 cents wrong.... yes, 4 cents. Like, is it coming out of her paycheck? That's how she acts. just round it up kelli, it's basic math. I agree with being loyal to your employer, but this is not the case. She is more insulting, demeaning, rude, than helpful. On a different occasion, I came back to Albertsons with an item I was overcharged for, by Kelli of course. I HAD THE RECEIPT, I told her she overcharged me, and I would like my money back or to just take it off my current grocery bill. She said, "No, I don't know the exact sale price from the other day, so I can't help you." Ok, please keep my $40.93 you robbed from me then. If I went to Fred Meyer, they would listen to me, admit their mistake, and refund me. They actually care to know their sales and do what's right. I feel like I have to prove to Kelli that I bought something, she acts like it's coming out of her bank account, and she's disrespectful and condescending. This Albertsons has it's clear issues here, and she does not help this location. Another time, there was a very long line to check out, as usual, and she was fittle farting around in the 10 items (or whatever) or less cashier spot. She is not doing anything. The other cashier is looking at her to help out with the huge line and she indicates to the manager to cashier instead! She then walks into the break room trying to buy time so he will get fed up and take over cashiering. This is her responsibility and she outright disrespects her boss/manager and all the customers waiting patiently to check out. Does the Albertsons world revolve around her? Does she get special treatment here by the director? Why is she so comfortable NOT doing her basic job duties? She then reluctantly strolls over to do her job... She is a consistent problem here. Albertsons would make more profit without her. Or maybe more if she keeps stealing from people.
