Horrible place To live. Parking sucks here unless you have a townhome. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything you me better off fixing it yourself. $25 dollars for valet trash which something they don’t even pick it up. There’s better option around the area and more affordable

I lived at Alister Parx for 4 years. Only complaints I ever had was the parking and unsupervised children running around on bikes and scooters with no protection while cutting in front of moving vehicles.I loved my apartment, loved my neighbors, and the Leasing Staff Supervised by Kelli are the BEST!I miss living there!

I don't recommend living here at all. We had to break our lease due to so much mold growing in our bathroom that we told maintenance about for months and it wasn’t given any attention for about 3 months after telling them, and they still didn’t clean or fix our mold problem. Maintenance is terrible and they never fix anything properly. Everything in my apartment was falling apart the first month we lived there. You can find a better place for the price they charge you.

Although this complex isn’t in an optimal area, I always felt safe and had no issues whatsoever with any other residents. The front office staff was helpful at all times and the apartment was spacious and pet friendly. Truly I can’t express my gratitude to have the “curveball guarantee” enough, as we weren’t charged when we had to vacate our unit early due to my husband’s job taking us 2 hours away.

Office staff is friendly and accommodating. Apartment is cozy and quiet. Would have given 5 stars but there is dog poop everywhere in all of the grass. That's the residences fault but it's a lot.

Amazing property ran by an even more impressive staff. The manager Kelli along with her leasing staff and maintenance staff are truely impressive.

The maintenance team is always quick to resolve my work orders when I place them. The office staff is always friendly and attentive to my needs. Kelli the community manager is always there when we need assistance and she always takes time to greet out pup and give him so treats and loves when we come to the office. We have lived here for quite a few years now and we always recommend to our friends and family.

I take this moment to make mention of my observations in interactions with a young man working in the front office of this establishment named Warren, (I don't know his last name). In my dealings with him, I found him to be very thoughtful, creative(thinks outside the box) and incisive. As well, an optimum problem solver in possession of great human relation skills(which I'm sure comes from a center of understanding and genuine care)! He shows a tremendous representation of the highest form of customer service and is, and would be a huge asset to any company, corporation, or kind of business! Very unassuming young fellow, yet possessing great intellect, intelligence and abilities. I'll say, he takes the stock of this company up with his presence there.

I have been asking for my dishwasher to be fixed for more than 2 weeks and my washing machine too with no avail; we emailed & went to the office, and also asked maintenance staff but still no action was taken; how long do we have to wait?We need to wash our dirty clothes and dishes.

This people are trying to scam their residents I had to break my lease due to a family emergency I went and notified them first the person told me ok that they submitted but I never got the email from them a couple days after they mentioned something about the curveball which is a scam they asked me to bring a headletter from my work telling them I was terminated which I took to them but they didn't take it after that front desk told me to bring something from doctors since the reason I was moving out was bc I have a family member who is sick they never replied and when I went to tell them what happened with those paperwork they said they couldn't accept it after all those problems I decided I'll pay the buyout and they decided that was a good time to tell me they didn't take the solicitude of breaking the lease so again this was frustrating the manager told me she would work with me on that and they gave me a paper sign about it and when I went to return the key they told me I needed to sign the breaking the lease which I did so they made me pay the buyout but they didn't accept the break of leasehold I'll have to pay for the rest of rent this people is money hungry and has no empathy im seeking legal help there is an equity and housing number iin Everett f you need hel pthis people is money hungry and have not empathy at all also theyou can report them to the Better Business Boureau to sick for help I'll drop the numbers if anyone wants to take legal action against them

Management moved me into an apartment that had a huge list of things needing to be fixed. Maintenance is coming through and marking the request complete without doing the work. The leasing office promises to call me and never does. Lack of communication. A leak from the apartment above was leaking into my apartment. They replace the drywall but marked the request complete despite it not even being painted. It really feels like a slumlord situation here. I need a manager to actually reach out asap

Update: From 2 to 4 stars. Overall I think what makes this place is the staff that run it and the maintenance team. Everyone's nice and helpful and treat you like a human not a # that has commissary to pay. The issues I had were fixed in a little over 2 weeks. Of course I'd like better appliances and safer area and blah blah, however these people do what they can and say and that is all I can ask for.Move In March 2023:Pros: Moving in was fast and easy. Staff was extremely nice. Warren and Jon/Shaun (I think). And the fridge is big but makes noise! Nice Gym and friendly people/neighbors. Inside has ceiling lights and fans and that's so rare in Everett.Cons: So No tours of your actual unit so you don't really know what you're signing up for. You kind of just scroll the web and find the layout you like. You apply, pass everything &you're good.Extras: Your paid parking space is more than likely no where near your apartment. Which is pointless becuz who wants to walk in the rain far far away for $45/mo. Appliances are older ones so yeah, there's that. Apartment paint is different colors and older looking (bamboo style). Chipped paints and things at the baseboards. Kitchen has the oddest cabinets I've ever seen and most of them are impossible to get to because of the way they are positioned. Dishwasher (Old one) has missing wheels so when you slide it your things are falling. The exhaust fan works for the stove but again, its older and has the biggest gap. The heaters are nice and working.I honestly feel like I was blinded sided on purpose and wasn't able to go into an apartment for these reasons. They show you wonderful things online and then ya get there sign everything and its 1927.For now.. I'll deal with it and see how it goes going forward specifically cuz I dont want the extra stress. Its doable if you're not picky. If you need to move fast and just want a little something that's affordable then its fine and safe the Here's pretty good!

DO NOT. Rent from here. When I moved in the apartment was not clean and I paid for a professional clean and provided the complex with proof of that. Moving out now- they charge me again for a $300 cleaning fee. I received my move out fees of $994 last Friday and today almost a week later I received an email from a debt collector. They send me pictures of mold in the windows because it was “dirty.” That’s THEIR mold that I complained about. I put in requests for maintenance and it wasn’t completed now I’m being charged for it. I didn’t stay there for the last 2 months of my lease. I complained about the mold making me sick and nothing was ever done. My car was towed, broken into etc. the pool was closed all summer and the maintenance is horrible. The lead maintenance guy came into my house to pressure wash my balcony and was complained how his employee Chris calls out every Monday and now he has to do the job. Was freaking out and cussing. The front office is not much better. Anyway, you can find something way better for less.
