First negative review I have ever left in my life. (Check my history)
This place is terrible.
Was a safeco customer through them. Safeco didn't renew contract so I switched to travelers through them. Woman quotes me $763, I ask to pay she said it's easier to wait until the day before policy expires.
I call on that day she isn't available. Another guy says, hey, looks like it went up $30 let me investigate and call you back by 1pm (I didn't care about the $30).
Never calls back.
I call back and now they say they are still investigating and will call me by 3.
No call back.
I call back 30 minutes prior to close and having no insurance and another woman says it's now $861 cause you are doing it on the last day lol.
Im not going to win the argument so I said whatever I'll just pay.
Puts me on hold for 20 minutes and says oh we also forgot to tell you it's a broker fee of $75... so now $936.00.
So I get a brokerage fee because you switched carriers even though I have been through your brokerage now for like 5 years.
She said take it or leave it.
So I said let's take, puts me on hold, transfers me to her manager (Ethan)and he quotes me 1300...
This all took 1 hour and 10 minutes.
I just said I'll go elsewhere and hung up.
They still charged me the brokerage fee and
I didn't get insurance. Called back to deal with that and their voice mail is full ....
If you want a brokerage with any sense and integrity, look anywhere else.

I was contacting them about a canceled policy from 7 years ago!. Fair warning, people this place will open up policies that were canceled long time ago so fair warning if you’ve ever had a policy with them, they will just reopen it and wage financial credit war against you and the public because they feel that they can rip anyone off they want And the government lets them after being informed that this type of stuff has been going on. This has been reported and has been allowed to continue by the Washington State government. Fair warning, everyone this is not a joke.

Jamie Brin and Melissa are the worst insurance agents working at the Everett location. They gave me the running around and lied so much as to why they cannot process a car insurance for me. And I was actually referred to them by another insurance company. Worst customer service personnel I’ve ever encountered in my life. Asked for a manager to make a complaint; Melissa proceeded to lie that she doesn’t know his personal information. WHAT A DISGRACE!!!!

Called for a quote. Sean answered the phone stating he couldn’t help because it was 5 minutes to 5pm and he’d call in the morning.Front desk or assistant called the next morning and played 20 questions. I finally asked why do you need all this info for just a simple quote?! She said so you don’t have to bring it in later.Brianna called back with a quote. I returned her call to get someone else.Come to find out they also did a credit check WITHOUT CONSENT! Guy tried to explain it’s only a soft pull. It won’t affect your score. That’s beside the point. Your front desk didn’t say you were pulling my credit! And how’d you even do that without my SSN? Name and DOB.Beware of this shady place. And you can’t ever talk to the same person twice. Not to mention their quote was double what I found with another company for better coverage. Run fast and far away!

We don't speak Spanish well and they don't try to find a way to help us or understand us. They gave us a number where they supposedly speak Spanish and they never answer.

They have closed two locations in Lynnwood for a reason since I have been in business. Cost me a $15k insurance payout on a job I did. Two years in a row they took my money and never issued a policy.

I had some one break my window in my truck last night, I called the Broadway office to ask if I was covered for that she is not allowed to answer any questions concerning my policy, then what good are they and what am I paying for every month, been with them since 09 and just found out they are a worthless insurance company can't even answer simple questions about my own policy. I been paying for nothing all this time. Makes no sense whatsoever. A loser company I will switch to anyone I can get a hold of. ASAP. Stress of broken window and no help from American insure all ripoffs
