I've done a review before on this ampm but I wanted to do another after my experience there today. It'll take too long to explain the whole story so I'm just going to say that the new owners have a short staulky women with curly black hair that works at the counter and she was very unprofessional and made me feel as if she thought very little of me like I'm just some bum off the street. A lot of my friends have had their own bad experiences with the same women I can't speak for them but if a worker is acting like that to a lot of the repeat customers that have been going there for years and treats them the way this women continues to repeatedly treat customers their going to end up losing a lot of business with her working there

Ateeq, ripped my phone out of my hand, for doing what the app says, to scan my barcode before purchase to get the deals before they expire! He says call corporate, because he can't take it anymore. That customers can only use the app once in your life, that's it, no more. You can come back but he can't take the app anymore! Everett cops don't do anything but I think that's considered assault no? Ampm?

Pop machine need refill on my syrup. Most of them do not work. And crunch ice part of the machine needs to be fixed.

The customer service there has just gotten worse especially the young guy that works there in the day.I had three incidents with him the but I’m just going mention one.he was picking his nose as I was walking up to the counter with my stuff an he just grabbed it to scan without cleaning his hands an just look at me like he didn’t do anything wrong.I been going there for over twenty years ever since D.K an them was working there.

This store is completely unethical and dirty, I have been here over the years and I have never been into the faculty when it has been clean. Recently my sons wallet was stolen and they allowed multiple purchase that added up to over $500 and no one checked ID. I went in to confront the staff and they had no concern at all over the issue. Stores like this are the reason that we have neighborhoods like the one it is in. No sense of personal responsibility. AMPM corporate should be more involved and for many reasons this place should no longer be in business.
