The people behind the counter are always very nice and couteous, all of em deserve a raise. I work in the restaurant industry and know how hard it is to deal with the public, they are doing great jobs.

I hope they don't serve their customers like they answer the phone. Which is never. Been calling for 3 days. What would be wrong with answering and saying AmPm can you hold please!!!

a customer bathroom should always be open…. instead it’s only open when the cashier allows it… they hide the bathroom key and pick and choose when to allow customers to use it

Why the hell does this ampm randomly close in the middle of the night? This is the fourth time they’ve closed from 2-4:30am. Aren’t they all 24hrs? Time to give business to another store…

On weekends, a cashier girl works, I came across her several times. Unfriendly service, does not return the check, does not say hello and does not say polite words, the service is at a low level! Outrageous! Nothing compared to other gas stations!

Whatever Dean is going through in life, I hope it gets better. All I said was "hey, how's your night" and he proceeded to lecture me and say "that's not allowed" and other verbal beratements. No way to treat a customer who's just making small talk.

I am searching for the owner of this particular AMPM. If there is anyone who knows any information, please reply. Heidi, the previous manager is on maternity leave and I need to report a horrifically abusive situation by the night clerk "Dean" last night. I am very close to filing a police report but feel this man needs medical attention for being mentally unstable. I saw some same complaints on YELP from people who went thru this as well. Any info is appreciated. This man should not be working with the public.
