BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! This location deserves NO STAR! My husband and son were paying for our items while my daughter and I left the store to the car. They both joined us after paying. The guy quickly ran out towards me while I was sitting in the passenger side of my car and pointing his finger to my son saying he has an item that has not been paid for. We were confused and the clerk said he’ll show us the camera video so my husband and son walked back into the store. The camera guy had told the guy that it wasn’t my son and it was my daughter. I became furious since I was the one to open the door for my daughter as we left the store. She had nothing on her nor had pockets in her clothing. We exchanged a few words then he started blaming the camera guy. Turns out they got nothing on camera. Looks like this isn’t the first time they accused customer of stealing. VERY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!

My Favorite store which gives me the value for my money with a smile. Nice people who always pleasingly welcome you to the store. Clean restroom and great assortment.

This was the first time that I was happy with the cashier. I am pleased that I was greeted by a pleasant employee for a change. I actually had a few words with the cashier. I am sure it's the only time that I can say that the person who rang me up wasn't involved in a conversation on the phone!

Girlfriend and I went in for a fountain drink, when we got them we took a sip to realize they either had no flavor or were the weong drink advertised so we dumped them out so that we could get a bottled drink. The cashier proceeded to tell us that the drinks were at “his loss” as well as some other things we could not understand. We proceeded to grab our bottled drinks when he walked up and got in my face, speaking something I could not understand. I put our drinks back and told him that we just would leave and come never come back. Awful service and awful experience. Go to taco bell

Watched the employees doing drugs and making a transaction. Can't even talk to them they're so hig and they can't speak English truly sad.

Treated like thieves, forced to turn out our pockets and nothing was found (duhh). Credit card was also skimmed at their gas pumps last year and was used to buy a refrigerator at Best Buy.

don't send your children in alone! the cashier stopped our kids and accused them of theft. when I came in to see why they were in there so long, I was told their "Security guy thought he saw something on the cameras." They had to take off their coats (2 young girls alone in this store with 2 adult men) and turn out their pockets. NOTHING was found! they did not steal. when we asked to speak with "Security," he wouldn't come out. the Kids were frightened and traumatized.

I went to this store tonight to get a couple bottles of water. Cashier was on the phone via iPods. He asked if I needed a bag and I said no. I handed him cash and he threw the bills and change on the counter. I picked it up and he asked again “do you need a bag?” And I said “no! But it’s not very nice to throw money at people!” He continued to speak his language over his iPods.

For the second night in a row I have showed up at this ampm in a late hour today it's 2:10 a.m. to have the person inside the store open the door and ask me & my friend what we wanted, but not let us in. My friend and i looked at each other and with confusion and said "we want to come in the store and shop buy some things we want to be patrons", and the dude told us that people been acting crazy and he can't afford to let us in the store after he's already got the door open a crack just to talk to us and judging us as people who are going to cause a scene in his store when we haven't done anything but ask to come in and buy things.. I do not like being stereotyped like this just because it's late at night doesn't mean I'm homeless just because it's late at night doesn't mean I don't have money to pay for my items I know this dude is in the management department he should be ashamed of his self and the owner should find somebody else to run his store is this guy's a complete joke. I don't know what his name is but every single night he puts a sign on the front door of the ampm that says "Be back in 30 minutes" and then he stands in the back of the store and doesn't even come back in 30 minutes he just hides back there and doesn't come and let people in. he's got to be losing tons of money for the owner and making a terrible reputation for himself in the store. I would never go to this AMPM again even if it's to get gas without going into the store I would not want to support these people in any way shape or form. Save yourself the hassle, stay far away

The guy is talking With someone else With his earbuds all the time he doesn’t even pay attention to what I’m asking. Is not a surprise that my Amazon fleet doesn’t go there anymore. ???

They have signs on all the pumps advertising "Gatorade 3 for $6". That's a good deal so I grabbed my 3 Gator Pops but was told "No, the deal starts on Wednesday." Not even an apology so I will no longer be giving them any of my money.
