Extraordinary personalized service. This, the second rv purchased from Apache over the years was flawless, from its’ president Mr. Baker personally guiding the process from trade-in thru delivery of the new rv.
Including Charlie Copeland of his staff transporting the unit to our house, (120 miles) confirming the “fit” on our rv pad & finally the comprehensive orientation conducted with infinite patience by Josh Enemark. And at no point did we see “surcharges” applied for the extra effort involved in this. This is our 4th Rv and by far the best experience. Thank you Apache!

Stopped in to find a part to fix a roof vent. Extremely helpful and they had the part I needed. They gave advice on how to complete the repair. Will be my go to location for parts and service.

My brand new 811 Artic Fox camper was delivered with a side panel already delaminating.
Months later, and after untold numbers of phone calls, they have offered me only excuses and delays. I even tried to get it fixed at the Artic Fox manufacturer in La Grande, OR. They “didn’t have the time”.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I have dealt with quite a few RV dealerships. I do my research and shop around. Apache is by far the absolute best. On top of having the best price the service was incredible. All the staff were fantastic. Couldn’t be more happy!

We purchased our trailer used from Apache a little over a year ago. When our AC went out, we needed to get it fixed in a pinch. Apache told us that they were backed up for almost 3 months, however, they were able to squeeze us in knowing that we were leaving soon for a long trip and would need the AC. And the AC replacement was even covered under the warranty that they suggested when we purchased it! They have an incredible customer service team. We hope to buy our next trailer from them! Go Apache!

Danielle was absolutely awesome! Knowledgeable, helpful, understood what we wanted/needed and didn’t waste our time with trying to upsell. Her customer service and follow through was A+. After dealing with schmoozy salesmen at other lots, her no-pressure helpful ease was refreshing and gave us the confidence we needed to make a decision. Highly recommend!!

Their service department is super helpful. We pulled in with our brand new Aliner that we purchased in CA that wasn't working. They were busy but came out and fixed the wiring issue in minutes so we could be on our way to ANC. Next camper we purchase will be from Apache!!

Bought a camper in 2015
Ran into my sales person this morning Don M. A wonderful person. He remembers myself and kid. The his is the essence of a family business. I did not need a new camper, just a part for new truck and live my Palomino. Showed him pics and we chatted. Service department was awesome. I just needed a bracket to offset so I could open fuel door on new truck instead of these unnecessary other tie downs. Saved me hundreds and gave me part. I was overwhelmed. They have so much knowledge and caring people who work there.
Don’t look further, always use Apache. Thanks Don and your staff.
