The guys and gals at CarStar did amazing work on my crosstrek after I was backed into! Thankful they were able to get me in so quickly, and amazed at how well they were able to make it look like nothing had ever happened! They even kept my aftermarket parts like my grille and put it back onto a new bumper for me, which I am very grateful for! Thank you to the CarStar team for taking care of me and my vehicle! 🫶🏻

I received great customer service every one was nice I also received updates on how my car was being fixed and got my car back within about 2 weeks because they new I had appointments coming up and didn't have a rental car I will definitely tell my friends and family about them and use them in the future if I need them

Took my car in for repairs and noticed a scratch afterward that I thought came from the wash. Adam (the manager) confirmed it was already there but still offered to fix it if I brought the paint. He went above and beyond—repaired it himself and even showed me how to do it. Great service and awesome team!

My wife had a car accident and was really worried about the process of everything that follows. After our claim had been filed we were able to schedule an appointment with this company same day. We were able to bring the car in, have an estimate ready for time and cost as well as be out the door with a fully covered rental in 45 mins.
They kept us up to date with the repair process which allows us to plan our life around it.
Then the day we got the car back we were in and out in 15 mins.
Nothing but respect and appreciation for their process which can be difficult following an accident but they make it easier.

My experience was first rate! Communication was easy from the very beginning. Customer service was beyond excellent both in the office and with the estimator. I was kept informed all along the way of the process. The ability to have the rental car brought to and picked up from the repair shop was a welcomed option.
