Small, yet very organized and tidy and... cheerful. Big brick building.

I am a cashier volunteer for Assistance League and I am really sorry for any of the folks who felt they weren't valued. I myself do give equal value to each customer who shops at our store. We are all in this together and I believe in the golden rule "do unto others as you would have them do unto you! We volunteer at Assistance League because we care. Please don't sling arrows when expressing your opinions. We are from all walks of life and different economic conditions. Some of our volunteers benefited from our School Children's Programs and that's why they came back as adults to be on the other side of the giving. Hope this helps let you all know you ARE valued and we will try harder to take your words to heart.

Prices to high, not much selection, hard to donate items. They do some nicer end things and it is clean and organized. Just need to get more stuff and open up a better donation system. Value village gets all donation’s because they make it so easy to drive up and drop off. Maybe this place needs a morning or two that allows that before store is open for business so you can just drive up to front doors and workers take stuff.

Actually 0 stars. Treated incredibly rude. After I watched them direct a man to the restroom, I grabbed a cart, unloaded my arms then pawned it off on my mom so I could happily go use the restroom. Just to be told they have no public restroom! When I stated I just watched them let someone use the restroom, she proceeds to tell me "well we kind of do, but..." and then was at a loss for words. Apparently it's a pick and choose kind of rule who they let use the restrooms and who they don't.

its a nice little thrift store with some pretty good pieces for a decent price. well organized, not too much stuff that its overwhelming; but enough items to have a good selection. the ladies all seemed really nice and they were being so friendly with all the other customers! they were cordial with me, not necessarily rude, but i could tell that they thought i might be a thief :( i understand that carrying a backpack and having an eccentric personality causes me to maybe give that impression, but it did make me uncomfortable to be treated that way. it was disappointing, too, because seeing them be so friendly with other customers, i was looking forward to some positive interactions! i love to talk to strangers. an unfortunate experience but im happy with my purchases, at least!!

I'm sure this is a good cause, but today when we went to shop, a women at the door told my sister her therapy dog couldn't be in the store. This was a clear violation of the ADA.Shame on you!

I love coming here. Very clean and friendly service. I have noticed lately their prices on items have become increasingly high, this is disappointing. I understand the money is for a great cause however I could go to the rack or a department store for new at those prices. Please don’t let greed run your customers away. This is what Goodwill has done and they lost most of their customers.

Excellent selection of clothing and quality good at this store. Assistance League of Everett supports school children with clothing shoes and more.

I'm giving one star for the few volunteers that are kind and empathetic to all, the cause of helping students, and for the high-end items. I have been shopping here for so many years. Quality is very good and some of the staff are very nice. With that said--the white elderly, mostly upper-middle class women who volunteer here could use some classes on the topic of diversity, equity and inclusion. I am a Black, middle-class woman and have been repeatedly followed around this store about 60% of the times I have visited. Several times I have been asked to pay for my items while I'm in the middle of trying on clothes or while I'm still looking. I have also asked to have items held up front while I'm looking (because they have their higher end clothing locked on chains) Once I had several of the women who work there speak poorly of me and say that I had asked them to unlock the clothing and had no intention of buying them. This woman attempted to put my clothes back several times and I had to ask another cashier to please prevent that woman from touching my items or putting them back. I ended up spending almost $200, which is a lot for a thrift store. I have witnessed them do the same to Spanish speaking people as well as an African family last month. My husband who happens to be white has noticed a big difference in the way he is treated and even that I am treated much better when it's apparent we are a couple by the checkers. I have called at least three times and talked to the dark haired manager about this treatment over the years. It's disgusting and I am ashamed that it has taken me so long to write this. The only reason I continue to shop there is because I know the proceeds are for a good cause. In fact as a very poor child in Everett I benefited from the programs the proceeds go to. Something has got to give. I suggest the leadership looks at diversifying their board of directors and mandate a training on cultural competence.

Wonderful staff. I often need a place to donate amazing things and I always think of the assistance league in Everett. The volunteers are so lovely helpful and thankful for the donation. I wish the drop off window was a bit longer but I will work around them for the excellent customer service.

Filled with nice items; crystal, china, brand name clothing; always clean. They support great community charities as well.
