This place rented my dad, who's almost 80 a terrible disgusting car. The passenger sun visor would fall off onto your lap anytime you tried to use it. When I told the staff, they said that yeah ,they knew about it. It had terrible stains all through out. And again when I brought it up to staff on duty, he said, well, you know big companies, they don't really care. WHAT??? This is terrible business practice in my opinion. And I can't believe that they literally don't care. I wish there was a way that I could post pictures. But we will never rent from here again.

The present management at this location does not prioritize customer service. Be cautious as you may find yourself waiting in line while employees juggle multiple check-ins and check-outs simultaneously. There is a noticeable lack of attention to detail; I was given several vehicles that had less than a full tank of gas or were not clean. Furthermore, I was charged a cleaning fee despite returning the vehicle in pristine condition.

This location is notorious for adding on “cleaning fee” charges weeks after return date. Make sure you do a walk thru upon returning to avoid having to deal with the inconvenience of disputing false charges.
Better yet rent at ENTERPRISE!
Iv been rent cars constantly for the last 3 years from enterprise and Avis and multiple other locations Iv never had an issues until my last two experiences with this location. Iv never had so much over charge in the last three years than I have in the last 2 months. I don’t understand how a company can over charge so much without providing any proof of reasoning. Physically proof should be more than necessary if you’re going to over charge someone $450 multiple times.

What really stood out was the customer first attitude from the staff at the Everett Avis Car rental. The team took time to understand my needs to slide my timetable and made sure I had a perfect vehicle for my trip. Returning the car was just as easy, with no hidden fees or last minute surprises. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable service, fair pricing, and a personal touch look no further than Everett Avis.

As a frequent business renter with a Preferred account, I am used to having a car show up on the Avis app and me walking straight to the car and drive off, and car return taking less than a minute. At this location, I had to stand in line for over half an hour to rent and return. They did gave me a nice new car for the week.

Convenient location near Everett, service has improved over the years, and shuttle service to PAE is pretty good. There was an after hours key drop at the old location, but not sure if there’s one here. Maybe the manager can reply to confirm. Thanks.

While this is an extremely busy Avis location, the manager here named Brian is a great guy. I waited here in the line for 30 minutes to return my car; when my number came up, the total amount billed to me was more than what we originally booked the car for. I waited another 15 minutes and Brian arrived. I showed him my receipt and he patiently listened to my situation even though he was busy with other things. He understood what I was talking about and then fixed the problem in next five minutes. What great guy, may come off as someone who’s extremely busy or has too many things on his mind but he’s a solid guy who would help you as much as he can and would make things right. People like this are pillars of hospitality and service industry.

I had a frustrating experience with my reservation. I had booked a full-size car with Avis, but when I arrived at the office, they assigned me a smaller vehicle and told me I could change it later. A month later, when I returned to the office to change the car, the employee claimed that I had to terminate the current contract and that he couldn't facilitate a car change.
I made a new reservation and asked him to terminate the existing contract. After waiting for 30 minutes while three other customers were served, I told him that I couldn't be delayed any longer due to a doctor's appointment. As he began processing the transaction, he informed me that the card on file wasn't giving him authorization and that I needed to provide a different card.
I provided another card, only to find out later that both cards were charged. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, and I ended up missing the appointment. As a loyal Avis preferred plus member, I expect this billing issue to be resolved promptly.
