Great service and nicely maintained car. I had no issues with the rental. However I wanted to link my bonvoy account with the Avis car rental but somehow they couldn't do it.

Reserved a car and when I went to pick it up I was told there were no cars available. They couldn’t do anything. I don’t understand why Avis allows you to rent a car when they don’t have any cars available.

Stopped by on a Thursday afternoon to see about renting a car for the weekend. Gal at the front counter was helping two guys with a truck rental. After 12 minutes another guy walks in to rent a car. I walked out! No acknowledgement from staff - no hello, no be with you in a minute, absolutely no acknowledgement that I was in the building!!! Guess what I got was an FU so I returned it by taking my business elsewhere.Did you know that Rodland Toyota (and other Toyota dealers) rent cars? I didn't........ I got a new 2024 Hybrid Corolla AWD for 72 hours for under $100. Staff was friendly and car was perfect for what we needed. Thanks Rodland!

Booked for 77$ compact car from third party, location has charged 137$. Poor service, dirty cars. Avoid !

Okay here’s the deal if you need to return earlier than they open and you’re flying out of PAE.Park your rental in the P1 lot at the airport (put the parking ticket on the dash) and drop the keys off at the dropbox in the airport.I barely made my 8:50 departure since this location doesn’t open until 0800. Shout-out to Reggie for getting me to my flight on time!!Also, for delays or late arrivals, they have a board in their office showing all the flights for the day and will have someone pick you up in the Avis van at the airport even if the location is closed for the day. They keep track of flight status which is really nice. There’s a number to call if you’re waiting for longer than 15 minutes but they are usually quick to come get you.Cleanest cars and best folks working there.

Rent here a lot and most of the time no problem. I even get upgrades sometimes without asking. But once in a while will get a car that isn't clean or isn't full of gas, etc. The employees are friendly and try hard to make things right, but I think they may be understaffed. Overall good location.

Terrible. Had to wait to rent the car because we came in early so we needed to return it earlier. Then had to usher for staff to assist us after they told us to wait. Did not make contact first just gave us the papers and told us to sign. Got surcharged an additional 100 dollars for free. Never again.

My car was at the mechanic shop and I needed a rental very last minute and unexpected, the people at avis/budget rentals were able to get me a vehicle that would suite my needs for the two days needed for only $100

This was originally tagged as being located at Paine Field. After driving to, and speaking with someone at Paine, I drove over to the location on Evergreen Way. Once there I was told I cannot leave my personal car at the rental shop. A policy which was not made clear until after I arrived. This is all to say I don’t have the vehicle I need for the weekend and am back to square one after an otherwise lengthy process.
