Quality service and fair prices. Needed an alignment for my JDM Import, most places won't touch a Japanese market only vehicle. Not a problem here. After they were done, the alignment was perfect on my Toyota Estima.

Always gets my cars driving straight as a line, and gets us set up with wheels or tires if needed. Only person I trust with my cars, I recommend him to anyone for any sort of car! Track or daily!

Do not take your car here if you care about it. I recommend Hankook Tires in Lynnwood instead.
B Line first quoted me $1,022.49 (about $1,088.95 after tax) for 6 hours of labor at $165/hr. I agreed and dropped my car off a day early so it could be done the next day (April 23, 2025). The work didn’t start the next day, and I was later told they couldn’t do it until May 1.
On May 1, I was told they couldn’t align the front to my requested specs because I “needed aftermarket control arms” (which I later confirmed I did not need), and that they didn’t align the rear at all for the same reason. At that point, I was told it was 4.5 hours of labor, yet the bill was now $1,268 after tax despite less work being done than originally quoted. Screenshots I have show the labor time changing from 4.5 hours, to 5, to 7 hours after I questioned it.
When I raised concerns about the bill, the owner stated he would add an additional 10% charge because I was questioning him. After that, he refused to let me pick up my car that evening because he was mad — we nearly had to get the police involved due to this, he even told me bring the cops but you're not getting it til tomorrow. He used the excuse that they close at 6, and it was 5:40, yet he told me No problem anytime before 8 because he's working late. He did it out of spite.
I was also charged $300 for the alignment despite the rear not being touched and the front not matching my request. My requested specs were -1.5° camber front and 0 to -0.2° rear. They delivered -1.4° & -2.0° front and left the rear at -2.6° & -1.9°.
I attached a comparison between their alignment and Hankook’s. Hankook was able to do the work with no aftermarket parts, matched my exact specs, and completed the job in under an hour for $169.99.

Went here for a stud replacement after getting new tires at Discount Tire. The guy here was super knowledgeable and even caught a more major issue with the car that my shop missed initially. Appointment was super quick. It was hard to find the shop since it's so far off the main road and its relatively small, but the employee gave a great experience.

Don’t waste your time trying to find the cheapest alignment shop. Just come to B-Line and you won’t have to worry about a single thing. Always have my alignments perfect on my M4 and I always leave here happy. Great environment great service and he can work his wizardry on ANY car.

I’m not one who usually write a Google review for a bad experience but I had to for horrible service. Let me start off my saying if I could put anything lower than a 1 star I would. I took my car in for an alignment and a ride height adjustment and let me tell you… not only did they leave my car with uneven ride height and left my adjustable control arms loose (Cusco) but they charged $600 for the so called “service”. Dropped the car off around 10am with an appointment that was supposed to take 2 hours but it ended up taking them all day to finish it. I get it working on cars doesn’t always go as planned. I called them right before they closed to see if they have an update on the car and they said they just finished working on it. Ok maybe they were backed up, I get it. Finally pick up the car, they said “we adjusted the ride height and did the alignment but after the alignment was done the ride height changed again.” I asked them if they fixed the ride height after the alignment but they proceeded to come up with excuses about how they don’t have time and would have to make another appointment for a different day. I said ok Nik would somehow make up for it and fix it even though it’s their mistake. Went back to their front desk and he ended up quoting me $450 on top of the $600 to fix THEIR MISTAKES on the ride height. I asked them why another charge if it’s their mistake on the ride height but he wouldn’t own up to it saying it’s not their problem. Now the car sits with very uneven ride hight. If you want quality work done to your car/project at a trusted and reputable shop then take your money elsewhere where and look for another shop cause this ain’t it champ. All they do is get a quick buck out of people and don’t care about quality work.
