About Banfield Pet Hospital
Banfield Pet Hospital in Everett provides quality and attentive health and wellness care for dogs, cats, and small animals. The veterinarians and staff are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership and preventive health care in a full-service medical facility offering routine vaccinations, microchipping, dental, and surgical care. Many clients report positive experiences, describing the veterinarians and nurses as absolutely great, amazing, fantastic, kind, loving, respectful, and empathetic. The staff are frequently noted as being very helpful, friendly, caring, and proficient. Specific praise highlights the team's compassion during difficult procedures, with clients expressing gratitude for the respectful and empathetic support provided, ensuring no suffering for their pet. However, experiences with the administrative and reception staff are mixed. While some receptionists are called fantastic, others have been described as rude and condescending, with reports of poor communication and abrupt service. Feedback also indicates that pricing is a common concern, with costs perceived as too high even with health plans. A minor technical suggestion involves improving the breed options in the Banfield app. Overall, the clinical care receives significant praise for its quality and compassion, though administrative interactions and cost can be points of frustration for some clients. The hospital is accepting new patients.

The staff was very caring and supportive. Dr Neighbours did some teaching about older cat hygiene and showed me how to prevent matts in my cat's fur. I didn't feel rushed, though l knew that they were busy. Very pleasant visit.
