Whilst I have come to expect poor customer service from Bank of America, to promise a call from a supervisor in the Bank of America Alaska Credit Card promotions area and then not have that call occur reflects a myopic arrogance inconsistent with good customer services. The reputation of Bank of America for customer service is poor anyway so I should not be surprised. Shame on them!

Here we are in the middle of a pandemic and several branches have been closed and at all branches that remain, none of the drive thru services are available. When I inquired as to why this was I was met with a great deal of attitude and a poorly articulated lecture about fraud. A lecture that nearly implied my banking business is the cause of this fraud. It seems to me if your bank has issues with fraud, maybe you should examine the ways in which fraud is performed in your institution. Shutting off people's ability to make payments and deposits with out standing in an over occupied lobby or out in the Downpour rain awaiting space inside, during a pandemic, sounds stupid and poorly managed. Open up your other branches and change the transactions you allow in your drive thru. Also, have a conversation about attitude and condescending behavior with your personnel.
