TLDR: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY.
The pharmacy here has SOME great staff but not many. Prescriptions are often not done in a timely manner. The employees do not listen to information given to them nor do they input it into the system making for constant repetition of the same info. The prescription cost is never the same either. Often differing by a couple dollars (maybe that’s normal).
I will be moving my prescription to a different pharmacy because I do not wish to address the SAME issues EVERY TIME I need a refill.
There is one employee specifically, not sure his name, but he is THE WORST. VERY RUDE. I literally had to argue to get my prescription last time. TERRIBLE. I hope for Bartell sake others who DO know this man have complained and something will be done.

The management is failing..
Not training staff on how to use the resister..
Thank got I wasn't ordering food..
Cuz I left being told over phone that we don't do that..

Horrendous pharmacy. They shorted me my prescription because they read it wrong. I could've fallen into a seizure if I hadn't caught it in time if I didn't have my full prescription.The skinny man with the purple/blue hair has a terrible attitude; no customer service and acts like we are inconveniencing him by being there for our prescriptions.Bartell, don't reply to this because your "apologies" won't change his attitude or the quality of this pharmacy, and your reply isn't going to make ANY difference and isn't ACTUALLY going to make an impact on changing this pharmacy for the better. It'll just remain the same. ??♂️

if you don't have the medicine, you better inform provider or patient immediately, and try to find other Bartell locations for availability. Horrible.

Bartell is pretty horrible now. Avoid at all costs. What a shame. Probably a better idea to use online pharmacies now. If you get them to answer the phone you should also go buy a lottery ticket because you are quite lucky.

Service is so slow at the pharmacy. Seems they are always short staffed and I see no pro activity in helping customer. Is like one task at the time. And in a very slow pace.

Just recently had an emergency situation come up and while it does feel like most of the time the people in the pharmacy can be pretty clueless, I had one guy (I believe his name was Sam) who handled the situation so well, knew exactly what to do and I got what I needed right on time. So it may be hit or miss but there is definitely good apples here and some that are good but may just need a bit more knowledge or experience~

Pharmacy is always backed up. 2h wait for scripts (or longer). Pharmacy opens at 9am, drive through closed without any signs. There are plenty of people working. :/
