Got there 7min before closing time, but the door was locked. The girl working there looks at me and turns around. You are supposed to lock and close your register at closing time, not be ready to run out of the store at closing time.

Love the new store way more convenient outside of the mall and enjoyable to go in. The employees were very personable and store was clean.

I visited the new location today to purchase some Christmas gifts. (Previously in the Everett mall). Marissa was so helpful, as was the entire staff if I am being honest! They went above and beyond looking for something in the back for me, and recommending similar scents when we couldn’t find what I was looking for. I have to say the shopping experience in the new location is much better - even if getting there is slightly less convenient.

I love this store before.But hated that the staff have no organizing for pick up. They never looked your ID , and when I gonna pick up my order they said some one picked up. Although they gave me replacement but I hate the feelings that they think I lied. I will not order again in this store.

The best attentive people work here. Love this feeling. As a classic trained service person myself I am always impressed by kind amazing people that seem to love the job!! I hope you all stay out of the mall so I can keep coming in.

Such a better location than alderwood mall. Easier to get in and out of. The staff are friendlier and it’s relaxing to browse. The mall location is chaotic and I avoid it. The manager nae me said the Everett location is temporary but could become permanent. It needs to be permanent
