If you like to wait a hour or more to meet with someone just to close your account. This is the place for you. I personally expect this much wasted time. You should just let the tellers be able to close accounts.

I never had such a bad experience like today I had my account for 12 years now and today that I went to the bank they said I need to show them my social security because my account only has my first and last name like my social security card because a lot of people been committing fraud with the social security “Just because I’m Hispanic it means I’m doing fraud and they should treat me the way

BECU has various options of banking from single individuals and seniors to a muligenerational families BECU ensures your essential business is taken care of.The tellers, customer services, and the drive-through banking employees put the BECU customer first. They are outstanding with excellent customer.The main branch location has a convenient handicapped entrance and plentiful disabled parking.Beautiful Christmas decor!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but Tyler Helvey was super helpful. I was initially in to ask a question about 2 factor authentication and he was quick to help and even got my credit limit raised among other things. Super thorough and straightforward. He even gave me his business card should I need any help in the future. Please give him my regards!

We had a terrible experience in this branch. I would not recommend BECU to anyone.My father passed away and he had a LOC open. I went in to pay it off (as his son). I didn’t want any personal info. Mom gave me his account number and asked for me to pay it off. The teller and the manager (happy to share names to management ) were less than helpful. Required mom to be there to deposit a check into the account. I had to leave to go get her (not close) but brought her in anyway. They literally had her in tears. We didn’t want to close it. Just pay it down to 0. That wasn’t an option. What?? No on le could explain to us why. Not even the manager. She just said the system won’t let you pay it to 0. When we said ok then close it. There was a fee to do so. WhT ?? This was a widow and son trying to clean up dads outstanding debts. She paid on time every month. Never late. Ended up costing her nearly $1500 to close it when the monthly interest was only $600. No one could explain. This was really bad. We would love to escalate this as my mom feels she was taken advantage of.

I went in yesterday to reopen an account. Since I had already had an account at one point I had to go in to open in person (I had tried online and I was told to go to a branch). Angie was so helpful and answered all my question. Before I left she even made sure my previous online banking was set up. Angie was fast too. 5 stars!!
