Manager called to apologize for the poor experience. We visited with Thuan on 9/15 and had a wonderful experience. This is the second time Thuan has helped us and we appreciate his kindness and assistance.
We arrived 5 min to close to open an account for our son. Gentleman in Mariners Jersey told us they could not help us because it’s five minutes to close and the transaction would take a lot longer to process. I thought BECU was member focused….. I guess this store needs some help understanding that they are providing a member service for banking and not serving hamburgers.

After spending more than 40 minutes at the Millcreek BECU, I left to go and get my document notarized. Arianna welcomed me and had my document notarized and out the door within five minutes of me arriving. Definitely the best BECU around!

They took advantage of my special needs sister who does not understand the value of money, by talking her into getting credit cards and going into debt. She was there to get a replacement card.

Called in for a notary and i was told i can get the notary done there as a shared branching member. I took an appointment and went there. Once i reached I was told they can't do it. Poor experience

Very good service by an associate name Iliza. First time joining BECU. She made sure I understood everything and took time with me to get through the process. I really appreciate it! It was very good first impression of becu! All other staffs were really nice and professional as well!

Great service! My partner and I went to this location to open some joint accounts. Upon walking in, we were immediately assisted by John Stevenson. John was very knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions about the accounts and even helped my partner refinance her car while we had some downtime. Definitely recommend this location and consultant!
