I waited and thought on whether I should write a review or not. But the owners need to know. I called to get information about stylists and services and was met with the most uneducated and rude service. It is important for salon owners to know that the front desk staff are often deciding factors as to if you gain clientele. I suggest you think of retraining or have a talking to, with your front end person Justine. She cost you a client by her incompetency and rude tone.

Master Stylist Rachel is amazing!!! I walked into my appointment beyond nervous as I was going way outside of my norm and comfort zone. My last salon and stylist experience prior to this (not Bella Dolche or Rachel) was a nightmare. Rachel actually listened to what I wanted, and she 100% understood the assignment and delivered in a HUGE way. She was communicative throughout the process and was incredibly kind. I absolutely love what she did with my hair! Beautiful salon and great stylists and staff! Will absolutely be returning for all my hair styling needs!

This is my go to place for cut and color. Every stylist I've had is wonderful and talented. Very polite staff. I do think it's expensive, but that's just how it is in western WA, lol. You'd be hard pressed to find cheaper for the quality.

I have been to hairstylists in different countries, different states, NO ONE comes close to Alexis’s skills.
Not only is she transparent, communicative, and professional, but every visit truly feels like I’m hanging out with one of my friends! I enjoy the time I get to spend with her, and the amazing hair I always walk out with.
Platinum blonde is my thing, and us bottle blondes with a tendency to lean towards the ‘Targaryen’ look tend to be very picky. No yellow, nope! Alexis NAILS it every time, not a brassy or orange tone on a single strand!
I truly found like I’ve found ‘the one’ when it comes to hairdressers. Look no further! You want hyper-blonde bombshell? She can do it. Cool chunky highlights? You bet. Vivid colors that last MONTHS? Yep, she’s got it! So you better believe I’ll be booking appointments with her till she’s covering my grays!

I took my daughter to get her hair done, and even though the lady told us the color she wanted wouldn’t be achievable ,we still agreed to do it ..beside the disappointment of The air basically looking as they were before after we spent over $300.. Her $100 sweater was ruined with bleach and after a couple hours, we got home, realized she has color on her ears..!

Alexis was super pleasant, super timely and absolutely legendary at giving me the EXACT blonde balayage and tone I was looking for without even needing any guidance outside of an inspo pic which she absolutely got as close as possible too.

I had an appointment with Arielle where I requested a full hair color or a rich medium brown shade to enhance my natural very dark
virgin brown hair. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. During the first appointment, my hair was dyed far too light, with noticeable red tones at the roots. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Arielle toned my hair back to a shade that essentially matched the original color I had walked in with. This unnecessary process caused significant damage to my hair, leaving streaks of grey undertones that devastated me.
When I voiced my concerns, instead of addressing them professionally, I was blamed for “miscommunication” and accused of not being clear about what I wanted. This was baffling, as I had taken the time to come in for a consultation, repeatedly explained my desired outcome, and even provided a photo for reference. Despite my efforts, any questions or concerns I raised during the process were dismissed. Arielle repeatedly shut me down, insisting the result would look good, while speaking in a way that made me feel like my input was unwelcome.
The situation escalated during the second appointment when I expressed my dissatisfaction again. Instead of handling my concerns professionally, Arielle became visibly angry and unprofessional. Her tone grew louder, and her frustration was evident. Eventually, she stormed off, leaving me with the front desk staff. Ninyel at the front desk also blamed the situation on “miscommunication,” but I strongly disagree.
I believe the issue stemmed from Arielle’s inability to meet the expectations of the task and her unwillingness to acknowledge her limitations. Her dismissive attitude and unprofessional behavior made this an extremely unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone seeking quality service or respectful treatment. Additionally, when I asked Arielle why I wasn’t achieving the color I had originally requested, she responded with, “I don’t know.” When I expressed my concerns about this response, she became defensive and offended, which only added to my frustration.

The owner ( very kind ) runs a very stylish, professional, clean salon. She has the best hairstylist’s. Each one has a great personality & does a great, professional job! I’ve been going over a year now, & feel very at home!

Bella Dolche Salon & Spa is not your grandmother’s beauty parlor! The Salon is beautiful and chic with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The stylists are very talented, all of these amazing girls have continued their education, so you’re sure to leave feeling incredible with any one of these talented artists. I can't say enough about this salon. From the friendly service right when you walk through the door, by the receptionist, to the great personality and talent you receive from your stylist.

They always do a great job coloring hair! Anywhere else I’ve gone rushes the job and fails to fully get all the dark brown out of my hair. Rachel does an amazing job cutting my hair just how I like it. The only issue I have is the price, $65 for a 10 minute hair cut (I don’t require them to wash my hair like in the package) and close to $200 to bleach and dye a small amount of hair. Granted, I’m paying for the experience that these ladies have and I’m very grateful for that, and the time to sit there with the bleach soaking in my hair makes sense for that price, but if we’re going by time, My haircut would be the equivalent of paying someone $390 an hour, maybe $195 if you count another 10 minutes to clean up after it.

I am super disappointed in the haircut that I received. I stated multiple times I wanted to be able to put my hair in a ponytailed and cannot with this haircut. I don’t like it, it’s waaaay too short, the picture I showed the lady had at least another inch. It’s important to listen to the client. I called I was so upset and I heard “oh sorry” that’s it no problem solving , nothing. I used to like this salon, it’s gone down hill. Very disappointed. I posted what I got compared to what I asked for. Yes the. I have had the cut in the picture and was able to put in a ponytail, this haircut is not good

Took my daughter in for a much needed haircut. They entire staff was very kind and friendly. Ann was absolutely sweet and helpful to my daughter. We will be regulars for sure.
