Besserro Boots provides excellent customer service and expert boot and hat adjustments like stretching and cleaning for very reasonable prices. The store has a nice, boutique feel with a satisfying aroma of leather and wall-to-wall merchandise. Their vast selection includes a really nice range of cowboy boots, hats, and western wear for men. Staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to assist, helping customers find items in their price range and strange sizes. The selection for women, however, is very limited with few styles and sizes available. Customers are very impressed and recommend the store highly.

Wow. What an experience. I think it was the manager, was extremely helpful in assisting me in the choice of hat to get. I am a fairly newbie when it comes to cowboy apparel, but he was more than eager to assist my needs and make adjustments.
Very impressed. Will be back when I’m in the area.
