Besserro Boots provides excellent customer service and expert boot and hat adjustments like stretching and cleaning for very reasonable prices. The store has a nice, boutique feel with a satisfying aroma of leather and wall-to-wall merchandise. Their vast selection includes a really nice range of cowboy boots, hats, and western wear for men. Staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to assist, helping customers find items in their price range and strange sizes. The selection for women, however, is very limited with few styles and sizes available. Customers are very impressed and recommend the store highly.
Best customer service!! Family owned. I went in for a pair of boots. I walked out with two pair, with toe guards on one. Plus a belt buckle they put on my belt and a pair of boots to order. It was a great experience!!
