Can't even call the store to see if they have a product, gotta go through an automated service, then get directed to a call center ..only for them to tell me the exact same thing on the website.

Very disappointed, i just had a foot surgery my husband decided to buy a tv for our room he goes to get one from Lynnwood store damaged from the back right out of the box, he goes to exchange it in the Everett store they give him a new one and the screen was broken right as soon as he pulled it out of the box i saw the cracks! My husband works in construction he can carry more than the weight of a 55 in tv anyone who knows him knows he's an honest man he would never lie and take it back if he broke it. Jesus the employee asked the manager Mike and he said it's not their responsibility and they couldn't do anything about it. So no tv ,no refund or even an exchange.

Much of what I needed was there, but it seems quite quiet.

Went in to buy a laptop. I had done some last-minute research and hoped a sales associate could help clarify a few gaps—basic questions that aren't always listed on bestbuys website. I work in tech and hardware R&D, so I’m no stranger to emerging tech or system specs.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The associate who helped me—tall, skinny, with long hair and facial hair—was not only unhelpful but outright rude and condescending. Rather than assist with my questions, he brushed them off and gave incorrect answers I knew to be false. To make matters worse, I overheard him being similarly snarky to an elderly customer, showing a lack of respect and patience.
I understand it’s not reasonable to expect a sales associate to know everything offhand, but a little effort goes a long way. A quick search would’ve easily provided the info I needed—something I ended up doing myself. So it raises the question: if the associate isn’t going to help, what exactly is the point of their role, especially when customers are ready to spend thousands?
The interaction left a bad impression—not just from the misinformation, but from the dismissive attitude and poor treatment of others. I expect better, especially from a store that positions itself as a go-to for electronics and tech guidance.

Great place to buy and look at electronics! Please support best buy. If we loose them, we loose people to help us with things personally

So appreciated the honesty and expertise of the Geek Squad guy I spoke with. He helped solve a problem that had plagued my computer since I bought it.

The only thing left that I trust and believe in this world is that if Everett Best Buy says something is in stock it's in stock, and it will be ready for pickup promptly.
