Just a terrible customer service store. Went in to possibly buy a tv today. literally 2 customers in the store. Absolutely no one came over to talk to me. 15 min later asked the front door person for help and still no one for 10min more. The customer service was truly atrocious. Maybe stores need to go back to commission given to sales people and that may give an incentive for them to help people! This place needs an overhaul and new management!

Your store( all of them in Western WA.) Have no in store representatives. The automated voice ships your inquiry to what so sounds like India, as the accent is very thick and hard to understand. They rep doesn't even have the right store hours let alone any technical info.Bad form!!! You just lost any business from me or anyone In asso. with.
