The room we had floor seemed like it was moving slowly, kinda had to explain, in some spots it was uneven and some of the floor tiles were not even put on right, you can see the sun flooring. And the tube flooring wall looked like it was going to open..... Once again hard to explain.. but the other then nit-picking everything. Still had a blast and relaxed as much as we could..Food & drinks: The gas station was right outside the front door!!

The rooms are great my only gripe is you can't plug in your own devices to the TV so your forced to watch commercials on cable or sit in silence. Service was good. Location is better than most it's more in town rather than right off the interstate. Breakfast was good especially self made waffles. Overall great place to stay.

If you are looking for a place that is just OK to stay in and might have a clean room for you or might just not give it to you because of some hidden policy this is your place.I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 10, or so, years. It is the closest hotel to my visit with family and so I have kept going back. The rooms are acceptable, not great but acceptable. We have found things left by others in the rooms, usually under the bed. We have found areas of the hotel in a less-than-clean state at times. Most of the time, we found it to be an OK and quiet hotel with courteous staff. This last 'stay' is different, very different! I reserved a pet-friendly room and was paying with points. I called and verified it was a pet-friendly room after making the reservation because I have shown-up in the past and had the front desk clerk tell me they had no idea I was asking for a pet-friendly room. I traveled 872 miles by car to check into this room. At check-in I was asked if I had a pet. I said yes, I had a cat in a kennel. The front desk clerk said "we don't accept cats" and took back the check-in form. I was told there was nothing the hotel could or would do for me and I had to leave. I went back to my car and looked for other accommodations in -2 degree weather. This hotel tossed me, my wife, my daughter, and my cat to the cold without so much as an attempt to help us find someplace to go. For what it is worth, the cat was in a covered kennel to help calm it.Best Western as a business was zero help. Their customer service told me that I would have to call customer service in the morning. No seriously, that is what they said. The hotel's website shows their pet policy as "Pets allowed based on the availability of pet friendly rooms. Up to 2 dogs per room with a 80 pound weight limit. Additional pet types (cats, birds, etc) may be accepted at the hotel's discretion. Pet rate is $20.00 per day with a $100 per week maximum. A refundable cleaning & damage deposit of $50.00 is required upon check-in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the deposit can become non-refundable and the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair/cleaning"I thought this meant if you are bringing a pet other than a dog call first. What they mean is "only dogs are allowed and we are going to hide that from you until you are here." Both the hotel and Best Western told me they should specify only dogs are allowed but they don't have to. It is now two days later and this has cost me $320.62 and a good portion of my family visit; the only thing the hotel will do is give me the run-around with Best Western. They canceled my reservation as a "no-show".If you are looking for a place that is just OK to stay in and might have a clean room for you or might just not give it to you because of some hidden policy this is your place. If the hotel wants to contact me and make this right the reservation confirmation number is 471577273.

Great service. Clean rooms.Noteworthy details: My company picks all of my hotels. If it wasn't up to standards I would complain and make my company move me. ? luckily at this level I've been fortunate.

We stayed here while visiting family for the holidays. The hotel appears to have been renovated however, they still very lacking! We had NO towels and requested some from the front desk the night of our arrival and was told, they were being "washed" and would be delivered that evening, but we're not. There were no sheets, blankets, or pillows for the pull-out couch. When we FINALLY got towels (the next day), they were mostly the mid-sized towels for the bathroom floor after a shower. The finishes in the rooms are cheap and there is NO maid service. We stayed 3 nights and I guess we're supposed to clean our own bathroom, wmpty out own trashes, and make our own beds on vacation. ? The ONLY saving grace at this hotel is the breakfast. The hotel itself has a weird smell to it although clean. The major disappointment is that we parked in the designated parking lot for the hotel, displayed the parking pass that was provided by the hotel and our rental vehicle was vandalized in an attempted break in! And come to find out, there were 3 additional people who's vehicles were broken into or vandalized. The hotel staff were unhelpful and appeared very nonchalant about the whole thing when 4 of their patrons had vehicles vandalized on their property. The cameras they have DO NOT cover the entire authorized parking area so you're pretty much on your own if something happens on their property. Needless to say, we will NOT be staying here again nor any other Best Western property! ??

The rooms were pretty nice and the breakfast was good. Great service overall.Issues would be the water takes 10+ minutes to get warm early in the mornings. Also, the elevator stunk with the smell of cigarettes. And the TV system was annoying using the "clean remote", wish they would make a guide button instead of using channel 2 that moves at the pace of a snail.

It was refreshing to find a hotel that checked ALL of the boxes; clean, comfortable, great staff, very friendly and a wonderful breakfast at an affordable price. We stayed 3 nights and will definitely be staying here every time we visit Everett!

There were several homeless people and a few questionable people staying there so be warned if that bothers you. However, this hotel is extremely quiet. We had a wonderful and uneventful stay (3 nights over a long weekend). Even the traffic noise was minimal. We had a king bubble tub suite with a hideabed in the front room for the kids. We ran out of towels and the batteries in one remote ran down and each time we called the front desk the response was immediate. Everybody that worked at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They have solid flooring which is awesome for pet owners. There is a gas station (shared parking lot) and a Sonic Drive in restaurant right outside the property as well as the mall, shopping and tons of restaurants in the immediate area. Hotel is also on the busline which is so convenient if you dont have a car. There was a large selection available for the free breakfast including bacon, sausage, eggs (scrambled, cheese omelet), sausage gravy, fruits, waffles, cereals, juices etc. Menu was different each day. It's not gourmet by any means but if you leave hungry thats on you. Towels were available at the pool which was very clean. Not a big pool and deepest part is 4 ft. but its refreshing and only one time were there a couple of noisy children (being nice here). A lot of the time we were the only family there. We didn't use the exercise room. And finally, I was unsure about the bubble tub because I've never seen one. It's deep and big with seating on either end. There are a few small holes in the bottom where the air comes through to make the bubbles. I was really disappointed when I saw the tub because I'm disabled and was looking for a jacuzzi experience . Wow, was I surprised when I turned it on. ITS WONDERFUL. It was way more active that jetted tubs I've used. The cost of the room was worth it just for that. And you can sit in it and watch tv. How great is that?.All in all, we will definitely stay here again.Rooms: Very cleanNearby activities: Tons of things to do.Walkability: Restaurants, shopping and busline within easy walking distance.

I looked for a hotel in Everett that had an indoor pool with a hot tub. I find it necessary for my knees and back. When I discovered the hot tub did not work I asked the clerk if she could help me with this problem. She could not reach the manager nor anyone else that could look into this problem. She asked me for my room number and stated she would call me in 5 minutes. I waited over an hour and never got a call. I went to see the same clerk to ask if the problem had been fixed. She said she doesn't know why it doesn't work.In addition, this hotel is subsidized for those who have little money. Nice? Not really for those who want to sleep while yelling from inebriated customers fighting and yelling. Hookers outside looking for a customer to come to their room. It was hell and I paid for 4 days which is not refundable. Stay away if you come for a good night's sleep or the amenities.i just now went to ask the clerk if it will be fixed by tomorrow. Her reply was "I JUST WORK HERE AND IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT TALK TO THE MANAGER". The rating for this hotel is way too high.

I've stayed here at least 3 other times. All great experiences. Very good security. Rooms are spotlessly clean, hotel is quiet, breakfast fresh and hot, even good coffee. Rooms are nicely decorated and the kitchenette is wonderfully equipped. Definitely the best place to stay while in Everett.Rooms: very clean, nice linens, comfy beds, selection of pillow types, soft towels, kitchen very well equippedSafety: Very secure. They ensure all guests & visitors are registered. I've stayed over 3 times and my vehicle has been safe.
