Best customer service I have received in multiple times. Whither the Everett store or SilverLake store, the employees have been trained to understand how to greet and serve their clients in a non pressure way. They have a good selection of skis, boots, and bindings. The sales person was knowledgeable about the product line. He did a good job fitting my boots. After 34 miles, mostly in the bumps, the first day with my skis, boots and bindings, I know he helped me make the right decision
