Stopped here to do a load of laundry between National Park visits. Machines worked perfectly, I got to dry my clothes for free on “Free Dry Tuesday”, and the manager was super friendly and helpful! Not to mention the cafe was comfortable and enjoyable to spend time in. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Bims for 8 months now and this place is consistently very nice. Super clean and very friendly management and owners. They greet you as friends not customers. They also have several days a week they run specials to save money. I highly recommend doing your laundry here.

First time coming here and I’m very impressed! It’s spacious, clean, and the customer service is top notch. I really enjoyed sitting back listening to soft jazz as my laundry was processing. Love the cafe concept. Highly recommend!

Clean laundromat with friendly and helpful staff. Plays good music that you can sing along with. Nice that they have hot and cold beverages as well as snacks for purchase. I needed to wash two big comforters and just happened to drive by and find this place. Positive experience, will definitely be back.

From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. The interior has a quirky charm, with decor that says “Spin and Sip” and means it. You’ll find cute ducks, inviting machines, and a clean, cozy environment that instantly puts you at ease.
The DexterPay system made paying and tracking my loads effortless (machine #34 deserves a name!). And that bright yellow duck sticker spinning inside my washer? Chef’s kiss. It gave me joy every time I glanced in.
I also want to highlight how easy it is to schedule service or even get a pickup, and there’s a $20 off promo for first-time drop-off laundry service (WASHFOLD20) — yes, I recommend it, and yes, I feel slightly pampered!

My and a friend just went to do laundry today , my son is autistic and sometimes is hard to go new places , we are new in Everett area , this place is nice clean , and the owner is very nice , is a very cute place , reasonable prices , they have space to sit and litte area for kids . I will totally recommend this place

The best and cleanest laundromat I have ever been in. The big plus is that I came with my 2 canes and the manager Basile offered to help me bring my heavy laundry baskets in for me in the cart. No one has ever done that before❣️ plus he helped me asses what size washers I needed for my loads. I felt so welcomed and acknowledged plus enormously safe. Thank you.

These guys go above and beyond in customer service! I am the Director of HR for a Service Industry company and when we have Field Technicians leave our company they leave behind their filthy uniforms. I have been taking them to Bim's for cleaning. They turn out WONDERFUL! I also just recently had a washing machine incident that ended up flooding many rooms in my house. I had to use each and every towel that I had to soak up as much of the water as I could. I took all those soaked dirty towels to Bim's to clean for me and they got them done in a day! All freshly cleaned, folded and packaged up. When I got there to pick them up the gentleman behind the counter carried them out to my car for me! What a great surprise. No one in this world does that any longer. Thank you so much!
