Paid for deposit and my thoughts is it's returned automatically because my deposit has not been returned 2023 2024 and 2025, I didn't realize until this year that I may have to call and request over and over again or wait for answer for weeks and years?

Unhappy with this place. I scheduled a tour to see some units when I arrived noone answered their leasing office. Could have saved me the long drive. The units on the outside look very poorly, not clean, so I guess it was a good thing I didn’t waste any more time to go see the inside. when I drove in it seems like they were handling something with some cops, however, they could have reached out through email or a phone call to advise they needed to reschedule. Unprofessional.

We lived in Bluwater back in 2010-2011 . We never had a problem with the apartment , it was beautiful, the grounds was beautiful. Still looks the same . Parking was a pain but we managed . The bakery that was a short walk to the left going out was wonderful and loved the lake . The only thing I see different are the prices. I miss your outside markets and butcher shops. Absolutely loved it there.

When my family and I lived here, the property was poorly managed. The office staff wouldn’t answer their phones or respond to emails. I never had a walk through when moving in or moving out, despite my efforts to coordinate as such. I was told the leasing manager would be by on a Sunday for a move-out walkthrough and was given a three hour window. No one showed up. I didn’t receive an email or call notifying me they could not make our scheduled walkthrough nor did I get an apology for wasting my time. When I emailed again (after multiple unanswered calls and emails) about setting a move out walkthrough appointment, I was told that they were busy and understaffed and couldn’t do it. I was still charged $250 in move out fees, even though they did not follow their part of the lease.
I never felt safe here, and never let my child play at the playground. Kids were unsupervised and left trash all over the property.
People never picked up their dog’s poop. There was trash all over the community and it smelled. We stopped inviting friends over because it was embarrassing.
The people above us left their dog on their balcony for hours in the cold and then would spray off their dog’s urine from their balcony, which would then come onto our balcony. I called security and the office, nothing was done. Just the illusion of doing something.
My family and I couldn’t move out of this place fast enough. If you’re able, consider looking somewhere else.

One of the worst places I ever lived. They’ll steal your money for everything, you live in veeeeeerrryyyy old apartments, everything broken and if they replace something to “new” it’s super cheap and quality is really bad. You’ll have crazy neighbors who will ran to you and start yelling at you without reason, they’ll have party’s at night, fights at night, smoking cigarets and weed all the time under your balcony, they’ll damage your car and cops never works. Territory doesn’t have any cameras, so you won’t be right ever. They’ll charge you for parking lots 200$ even if it’s not covered. Super dirty territory and rats everywhere. Gym is completely broken and office doesn’t care about anything. I paid for 2b 2 bath like for 3b 2bath with renovation… I really sad that I spent that much for all this.

Think twice befor moving here. It may look nice but it's all an illusion. They just slap a coat of paint on n call it good but do nothing about the actual problem. Sinks are loose, mold around celings n corners. Don't even get me started on the parking. The spaces are so small getting in n out or ur vehicle is a chore. That's IF u can find a spot. The pool hasn't been open since covid.. Don't count on getting anything fixed even if u turn it in in writting it's ignored. So spend ur $2,000+ someplace else. The only good thing here is the tenant's. There are alot of very nice people don't get me wrong it has its fair share of not nice people but so far the good ones out number the bad.

Every place has their ups and downs but I have to say that I am very grateful for amazing staff and a great community. It’s not perfect here but a good place to call home. The staff are dedicated to making things better.

My shower has been broken almost 3 weeks they say it isn't an emergency I've had ice cold water pour on me as well as scalding water! The office is supposed to stay open till 6 o'clock but oftentimes they close the office early and leave! I am so upset about my shower that's not working properly. And the managers get mad at me because I complain about it. They threaten me and say they are going call the cops. I am 77 yrs old and disabled. All these big apt complexes only care about is squeezing every penny they can get! And don't fix stuff in timely manner!

The property management at BluWater is AMAZING! You can tell that the team truly values their relationship with the residents. Shay has been phenomenal to work with. She's easy to talk to and has such a warm spirit. I highly recommend BluWater as a place to reside.
