I got a good deal on the phone about a couple months ago almost a year ago now but it would be nice because you pick up the phone so I can ask some information still have to take the bus to casino road seems a bit unprofessional and I know the store is not always busy

I had a really great experience at this particular place. The woman who helped me was very helpful, kind and patient. She went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable with the product I purchased. I would definitely recommend this company!!! Thank you for all your wonderful help!!

I went in here to get a new phone because the website said the deals are in store. Well when I got there the lady working there was curt and short with me the whole time. I feel she was being rude but maybe the questions I was asking were too much. I was in and out and I probably will not go back there again. The phone service is great, just the customer service... well it has a lot to be desired.
