We have been going to Staci for over 20 years. I have never had one bad experience. Staci is the best! The receptionists are wonderful! So warm and friendly. My Mom is in a wheelchair or walker. They always help me to get her inside and out when we leave.

I have been a loyal client of Seidel's since 2018, and finding her has been an absolute delight. After every visit to her salon, I leave feeling immensely satisfied with my haircut. Seidel's attentiveness and ability to truly understand and execute my desired style is nothing short of exceptional. Her professionalism and expertise are truly admirable.

Had demi perm color and trim. Whitney was fabulous. I felt relaxed because of her professional demeanor and attentiveness. I will be back.

The salon is nice but if you have short hair don’t go to Elizabeth I was told my short haircut is really difficult I am still disappointed in how it lays after she fixed it several times during my appointmentService: Haircut

It was great that the receptionist called me ahead of my appointment time to let me know the stylist was running late so I should show up 15 minutes later. The stylist was nice, personable and made sure she was cutting my hair how I wanted it to be cut. She did a great job.

I got a hair cut done by Elizabeth and she did a good job but the professionalism did not match to what I’ve experienced in the past at Brecyn Salon. The stylist walked away twice during my hair cut which I was ok with but then she tried sending me out with wet hair. When she had to step away the second time she told she me that she might have someone else finish my hair cut midway through my appointment. Then when she was finished with cutting/layering, she asked if it would be okay to send me out with wet hair or if it would be bad. I ended up getting the service I wanted but I felt really uncomfortable during my appointment. I usually have really good experiences at Brecyn but not this time.

As someone with a lot of anxiety when it comes to hair salons I just want to give a big thanks to Kristen. She made me feel super comfortable and did an amazing job with my first haircut in years. She kept checking in with me, making sure I was good with the whole process and I really appreciated that.

The worst blowout I have ever had. My hair was frizzy afterwards . My face was burning during the blowout. The girl was nice but I think she might have been learning. I just feel like I overpaid for something that I had to redo at home. Never again.Service: Blowouts

My stylist added on multiple "extras" without mentioning how much it would cost (or that there even WAS a cost...). She only asked "do you want this?" Ended up having to pay $150 more than what I was planning/budgeting and had no clue until I was at the front desk with my credit card. Do everyone a favor: be transparent with pricing or extras. Don't just ask if the client wants it or not. I shouldn't be expected to know what everything costs, especially since the prices online aren't even accurate.Salon was clean, staff was friendly, stylist was nice enough but I will not be coming back. I went back to another stylist at a different salon I had seen prior - with much more respect for her outlining the cost BEFORE starting my hair service(s).

Disappointing second visit experience. First time I left feeling fantastic. With a different stylist this time, I left knowing I would have to wear my hair in a bun to my special event because the stylist wasn't able to give me the great haircut I expected. My hair was shorter but didn't have any of the style or lift I had hoped for. I know each stylist has different abilities but I went to Brecyn trusting that any of their stylists would be able to give me a great haircut.Services: Haircut

So, I had scheduled an appointment online for my daughter to get a haircut. I had scheduled it with a senior hairdresser, after reading her bio & thinking she would be a better fit. When we got to the salon, we were told that our appointment was with Elizabeth. I was a little confused beacuse I had scheduled the appointment with a different hairdresser. So obviously, I shared my concern with the receptionist, who insisted that my daughter's appointment was with Elizabeth. I am not gonna lie, I was pretty mad and I am sure my anger had shown through. I asked Elizabeth about her work experience & she said, she had graduated in December 2021. I was very apprehensive about having my daughter get her haircut from someone so new!( I have had very bad experiences in the past with junior hairdressers). But, I was so WRONG to question Elizabeth about her skill! She did a WONDERFUL job giving my daughter the exact haircut that she had wanted & even told her how to style it herself. My daughter was so pleased with her haircut, she said,"it turned out exactly how I had imagined it!" Thank you so much, Elizabeth! I am sorry for questioning you & if I sounded rude.(My daughter said, I did!) If I did, I am so SORRY! It was not my intention at all to be rude to you. We will be coming to you for future appointments.
