Broadway sales consultant like Andre and I forgot the sales men but they were very helpful with helping me finding a perfect vehicle for me and my family with low down payment even with having bad credit. I have got through more 10 dealership trying to finance a vehicle to build back up my credit all of dealerships wanted more than $7,000 or more for down payment, with my credit being bad with a past repossession and past due bills on my credit, I couldn't finance a vehicle without putting down more than $7,000 or more even with a trade I would still need more $4,000 for down payment. Broadway is the dealership I went to and they were able to get me into an amazing family size SUV $1,000 down payment along with my salvage title trade in vehicle. If you got a bad credit like me Broadway auto sales is the perfect dealership to got to.

I just bought my very first car from Broadway Auto Sales, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Andre and Justin were so kind, helpful, and incredibly patient. I had a lot of questions and sent many text messages 😅😅, and they always responded with care and respect.
As a first-time buyer, I felt supported every step of the way. They explained everything clearly, never rushed me, and made sure I understood the whole process.
What really stood out was their thoughtfulness — they even offered me a ride to the shop to pick up my car! That kind of kindness is rare.

Summary of the experience:
My wife and I were looking around for a little pick up truck for house work and other such misc. projects. Why car shopping, we came across a 2000 Ford Ranger at Broadway autosales. We called and scheduled an appt. Response came instantly. When we got to the dealership, the truck was out front and ready. We walked into the dealership and were greeted by the owner and immediately sent on a test drive. This was special as there was no back and forth before even seeing the vehicle. Very to the point and happy to help.
Financing was tricky as we only wanted to go through our primary FI and they don't do financing for vehicles older than 15 years. He allowed us to go find a different route and also asked around for us. He didnt force us to finance through his preferred lender. We found the financing that worked for us and agreed on a day to meet.
Justin and Dan agreed to split the travel distance with me ( an hour of drive time) in order for me to pick up the truck and drop the check off. Amazing service.
Justin messaged me repeatedly to check on the Truck and see how I was doing. Then proceeded to mail my plates to me instead of having me drive 2 hours out of my way to pick them up.
This has been an incredible experience and appreciate everything they guys at Broadway autosales did for us! You guys are great!

The experience recently was horrible, our trade in vehicle was vandalized, my son with high functioning autism, and developmental delayed, now doesn't even have a vehicle, because of negligence and taking advantage of a son and mom, who needed a vehicle that was actually running, and economical on gas.
The finance company had requested pics before vehicle was brought in, now they have pics after being vandalized.
Refused to take a 4x4 in as a trade.
Car fax all used vehicles, and be firm with what u are looking for.
We have been coming here for years, not ever again.

This dealership has been nothing but helpful, I financed a car through them and not even 2 mins after leaving the lot someone hit me on broadway. Andre, the owner and the rest of the crew were nothing but helpful from beginning to end and even after everything occurred! Definitely recommend and will definitely be becoming back in the future if/when they get a car I’m interested in!
