Reserving a car online is a joke. When I arrived, they only had one car left and it wasn't the one I requested. I ended up taking it, but the next 11 people behind me weren't going to get a car. No fault of the kid behind the counter. I appreciate him getting me into a vehicle.

I was thoroughly displeased with Budget Rental Car of Paine Field/Lynnwood.There is a clear pattern of problems at this Budget location, and I regret not heeding the warnings from other customers in their reviews. However eventually I was made whole by someone of upper management.
