Left a lot of paint scratches on both mirrors (even though I folded them in) and along the sharper edges of hood, both front quarter panels. DO NOT USE this service for any vehicle you care about.

Really disappointing experience — which, based on other reviews, seems to be the norm here. I honestly wish I could give zero stars.
Not only did this car wash break my hood protector in half, but despite paying for the top-tier wash, my truck came out still visibly dusty. The sides weren’t properly cleaned, and the side mirrors were completely untouched.
If you’re paying for a premium wash, you expect a clean vehicle — and definitely not damage. Would not recommend.

BEWARE! Bought a single car wash, but they signed me up for a recurring charge I didn't know about. When I discovered it, even though I never used the service, they refused to refund any of the prior months.

Just got a wash Jan 20th 2025: Doesn't't do a good job. Machines don't get the whole car clean, no human at the end to finish off the process like other washes. Left streaks of unwashed areas down both sides of my F150.

If I could give no stars I would. I called and canceled my car wash back in January and then I moved out of country. I went on deployment and found out 5 months later I was still getting charged. I had to call for almost 10 days straight before I got a hold of someone who could cancel the car wash. Then I was told it was canceled and they charged me again a few days later. When I asked if I could get reimbursed for them not canceling the car wash subscription I was told by several workers that the owner would not reimburse me and I would need to take it up with the bank. Why is it so hard to cancel this subscription, even the website doesn’t tell you how to do it. I did talk with several sympathetic workers there but they said this isn’t the first time this has happened. Avoid the car wash.

ZERO STARS! Their car wash is garbage. They didn’t connect a hose and it swung around and broke my windshield, said they would take care of it and now 8 emails, phone calls, and stopping in; no resolution. Employees tell me the manager and owner will call me back but they are nowhere to be found to have a discussion. $800 dollar windshield broken by their garbage car wash and no resolution. Also note that I have tried to cancel the car wash membership a few times and they will not cancel it.

I’d advise to not go to this car wash. During the car wash my side mirror broke off. I went in to talk to the manager who never came out to talk to me about the situation. The clerk at the front just said “sorry it’s in the disclaimer”. I ask if they would at-least comp my car wash and they said no. Terrible customer service. Not to mention the suction on their vacuums are not very powerful.

The “upgrades” they made a few years back were nothing but aesthetics, just neon lipstick on a pig. The wash itself leaves gaping voids across your vehicle where you can see a smattering from the brush ends, but large voids in between. The attendants they have now are absolutely worthless, might as well cut that cost and fully automate. Bought the best wash offered, tipped the attendant $10 up front, as our vehicle has spare tire on rear, and requires just a tash more attention in that area that washes themselves always miss…kid barely even touched it, no one behind us and he couldn’t take 6 seconds to actually listen to me on that tiny little specific ask. Bro, I just tipped you over 50% of the cost…prob 70% of your hourly wage, and you can’t take 6 seconds to be an active listener. Sorry if I disrupted your TikTok scroll sesh. Go elsewhere, this place has changed, on both ends of the house…used to be so good.

AVOID! Went in for a car wash and my passenger mirror was ripped off. Went in to discuss and was given an email to contact. No response for weeks despite multiple in person visits as well as emails. Manager was defensive an said "enter at your own risk" despite sign not mentioning RIPPING OFF YOUR MIRROR. Ended up replacing my own mirror (thanks google and youtube). This business is the worst and is not concerned about their patrons. Cannot advise more against putting your car through this wash with this company. Boo HISS! Do better.

I used to go here regularly before the new ownership took over. I went yesterday and my car came out with the back end still filthy. Prices went way up and service is awful. I won’t be going back.
