Be prepared to be treated like a criminal as soon as you walk in. They literally make you take your hat off and look up into the camera system. I believe they do not deserve our money.

Having the registers by the mall entrance rather than the store exit is really inconvenient and has honestly been the deciding factor in NOT buying things here. Lines are always slow and long as well.

Great store
But, I had an unpleasant experience when purchasing in a store. Although the store offers a wide range of home goods including clothing, curtains, rugs, shelves, blankets, trash cans and more, I was disappointed by the poor customer service at checkout. Specifically, employee Natalia carelessly packed the purchases, despite the fact that they included fragile glasses, and did not provide a large enough bag, which made it difficult to carry the purchases to the car. This case shows that even if a store has a wide range of products, service quality plays a critical role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers....

Burlington is a great store for clothes shopping, but absolutely disgusting employees who gets terribly annoyed and irritated straight at your face for asking for help. Great store with a great selection of clothes, but please train your employees basic manners before you let them work for you. Do better.
