I went there for a problem with my sub thinking it was gonna cost alot and take awhile to deal with but Nick was super quick with understanding the issue. He replaced one fuse that i thought was good upon first glance. And that was that. Didnt even have to pull my car in. Just great experience and made it way easier to deal with. Thanks!

I have a 2015 Buick Encore that has had no audio for over a year. I spent hundreds of dollars on “diagnostics” taking it to a car shop, then the dealership, only to be told they couldn’t fix it. Jason fixed my audio in like 10 minutes!! So happy.

Store is very professional super helpful and knew my car and what type of speakers it would take and would sound good. They gave good recommendations and I would go there again. Their prices are also very comparable to online stores. Install was a little expensive so I'm doing it myself.

It took almost three hours to do a 1.5 hour basic deep clean where they wipe things down, do the inside windows, and dust off the Matts. I could tell how bad of a job they did at the basic wiping because some parts were shiny and others weren’t and you could see the way they wiped it. There was still dust and other muck left on there I took off with a wet cloth easily. The only reason two stars is because the guy was nice. I know I got the most basic one and told them to do what they could but I don’t know the point of having an appointment time and having it take that much longer. I would not recommend. The lynnwood cat toys does a better job just more rude staff.

I have to say that my experience at the Everett Car Toys store was great! Knowledgeable helpful staff assisted me with my needs while providing me with good recommendations on future stereo improvements. No up selling, no bs, just what's relevant. The tuning of my stereo done by Chris Lopez was outstanding! When he got done with it, it never sounded so good! When you buy a system make sure Chris tunes it, you'll be amazed!
