I had an unusual problem. 2 claims, 1 from Allstate and 1 of my own from Farmers. It took several months, Caliber Collision only wanted to handle the Farmer's claim, and that
was insufficient. It was no concern of theirs. Gerber gave me an estimate but declined since they weren't certified to work on an aluminum body. I found Cascade and the Communication was great. Handling both claims was no issue. I was concerned that they would waste my rental allowance with over-assessment and ordering parts, leaving me truckless for a while. No issue. I turned it in for repair on a Monday and picked it up on a Wednesday. The quality was excellent. In, out, and done.

biggest scam of my life here. I had to pay out of pocket because i didn't want to go through insurance and they charged me twice as much as all surrounding car shops for a literal scratch. The front desk woman will snap at you constantly because she hates her job. Extremely unpleasant experience so just warning peopleDO NOT COME HERE!

If you are looking for trustworthy professional service look no further than Cascade Collision. They restored my truck back to new condition in a very timely manner. Megan was on the spot with all of my questions, very easy to work with. Would definitely do business with Cascade Collision again if needed in the future.

Absolutely great service. I ended up deciding to get rid of my car and didn't need the repair, but the service and communication from this shop is amazing. They were one of TWO shops that answered my call or called me back. They were friendly, checked in before my appointment, and direct. I'd recommend them just based on this!

they were awesome, someone hit my front bumper and i had never worked with insurance or a body repair shop before and they were so easy to work with. kind people, honest from the get go and did an incredible job fixing my bumper/paint and head light, as well as checked on something for me i was worried about. they were booked out about 6 weeks or so but they had my car done in four days!! 10/10 would recommend.Services: Painting
