Everytime I go in they are very friendly and always willing to help anyway they can. I really like the staff, Dharma, Aaron, Sam and Erika are the best.

Do not do business with either dharma or erica. I recently had a pawn loan in with this shop, and i had come in to verify with both employees that i had a week left to pay on my loan to stretch to my next payday. I verified several times that i would be able to fully pay on my loan, and it would not go to the sales floor for the next week, and was told that i was good. I come in the next week, and my items were sitting on the sales floor. I was told by another employee that these items had actually supposed to go to the sales floor several days ago(therefore eployees lied about when the loan expired) and were apperently put out by the demand of their division manager Roger from texas. When i complained to the store, i was told by erica-the same idiot who told me i still had time on the loan- that she would have been upset if she was told the wrong dates too, but refused to own up to helping me the week before-even though the computer system showed that she was the employee with me, with assistant manager dharma standing over her shoulder saying that i did have time on the loan. I have tried to reach out to corporate help as well as the district manager greta but have not recieved any response. Not the first time my stuff has been screwed up at this store, employees have been written up for losing video games that i had in their shop. Employees here are bs, and will lie to you to protect themselves. Dont bring your items here, guarantee they will put it out on the floor to sell.

I go to Cash America when I need a little extra cash to get to the next payday and Nick always makes things pleasant. Nick is very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend cash America if you need to get extra cash from to time so go see Nick!
