I'm rating this 5 stars mainly because of the manager Josie! I had my belongings in storage for over 3 years and during that time frames Josie went above and beyond to accommodate my needs! Thank you for all your hard work... we miss you Josie!!!

I was greeted by name, even though I'd never been there before. The lady working was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Even offered bottle of cold water since today is one of the warmer days that we are having this summer. I just wish more people in the customer service business had at least half the skills that she had. The world would be a nicer place. I'd definitely recommend. Not only because of the customer service that I received but also the price for my 5x8 is very reasonable and the location is great.

I highly recommend Josie. She helped me step by step to secure a storage unit, explaining all the options and making sure I chose the best one for my needs. I could tell the property was well taken care of by the appearance. The cleanliness of the inside and the unit itself matched that. The icing on the cake was the service I got from Josie, the property manager. She was willing to reschedule my appointment when I had a last minute event pop up. She had my reserved unit ready, but also offered me a different unit that still met my needs and was more affordable. I can feel comfortable storing my keepsakes here and I appreciate the excellent care and service. Thank you, Josie and the Glacier West Team!
