They allow me to have a checking account but not open a savings account. I changed my name and requested a new debit card as I waited for a month and never received one. When I requested it I was told I could use my old one until I received the new one yet she shut my card off. Worst bank I’ve ever experienced.

Love this bank so much especially since I've been going here since I was a little girl I got my first card at this bank when I turned 15 with my mom and I had an amazing experience here especially with the staff special shout out to Ariana you rock

The staff here is so kind and informative. I've always had prompt and simple interactions with the clerks at the front desk and their manager, Gus, is always so helpful and respects my time. Chase is a mega-bank with some fees I don't love, but this branch does well with providing quality service.

Rob is pretty much the only person in this bank that knows what hes doing, the lady in the drive thru is a complete moron, she screws up my simple cash advance EVERY TIME. 😡 I will never go to the Everett location again.

Nika is absolutely wonderful! She lights up the room the second you walk in the door. I've never had such a positive experience at a bank, and I've never even had a negative one here. She goes above and beyond! Thank you for making me smile, Nika! You are stunningly amazing!

Closes at one in the afternoon on Saturday, then try again the next day to find in while no one(customers)is there and was told to create a appointment or an account online when stated it isn't available. That it was appointment only. Laziness when asked to open an account. Would not recommend, bystanders agree this location is an awful experience.

This is not just this chase location but chase as a whole is bad business I thought switching to this bank would protect my money!!! Oh boy was I wrong !!! Chase stole 1k from my account the transfer never transferred over but they took my money!!!!And if you try going to ask what happened they think you’re CRAZY or a LUNATIC !!! The crazy part is there E STATEMENTS correct themselves if something like this happens so you basically have no proof unless you screen recorded the transfer Smfh !!! All I could do then was withdraw all my money and never look back smh

Compared to my previous bank which was Wells Fargo, chase is a 100% better. Wonderful staff who are always helpful. Couldn't be happier.

The banker who helped me did not tell me about a new customer promotion they had going on. I called Chase to see if they could add the promotion, but they can not now because the account is already created. It was for individuals who opened a first time account with chase were eligible for $200 when they set up direct deposit in the first 90 days. Lesson learned. Look for promotions before going into the branch, or set up your new account directly online.

Never available, never answers calls, treats customers like dirt. Don't try running your business with Chase. Once you've opened up a business account with them they'll ignore you and you'll never get a hold of them.
