My car wouldn’t start and an employee named gio went out of his way to jump start my car and sent me on my way, by far the best costumer service I've ever gotten. will be coming back here again.

I can confidently say that there has been quite a few noticeable changes in last 5 1/2 mo. for the better. We have made staffing changes, and, have been working hard to change the perception of our store. We stull have some work to do, but, we are getting there, just takes some time. I invite those that have had bad experience to come back, you are very welcome to. Maybe you'll have change of heart, we appreciate our customers.

If you need to get gas at any time of the day do not go here. They allow the homeless to smoke crack right by the door with their propane torches, some actually go inside and smoke, you will get a contact high going inside. They put their bicycles inside the store in a corner and some one who is not an employee for Chevron keeps track of these bicycles. Everett PD will not come if you call them due to how many people are there living in cars in the parking area let alone how many are on foot around both sides of the store.

Wish I could give zero, I ubered there to buy a vape. I got back to the hotel to use the vape and it didn’t work. Lost money on the Uber and now lost money on the vape because I doubt they will give me a new one tomorrow. Called them they said to come back but I literally paid 17 for Uber. This place Is trash!

The clerk that is currently working right now at 8:45PM on 7.5.2021 is unbelievably rude, impatient and ignorant. I've never seen someone handle their job in such a negative way. Doesn't greet customers, doesn't thank customers and only acts as if he's irritated with anyone and everyone who enters this store. I was in there for about 10 minutes and walked out without purchasing anything that I went there for. THAT GUY SUCKS. My business will now be taken elsewhere.

They advertise that they accept Google Pay on the App but for whatever reason don't or the cashier just didn't know how too. This was my only way of being able to purchase gas since I had left my card at home! False advertisement.

Came here at 11 pm and the attendant says that the door to the restroom is closed at 9. Then he adds and says that the restrooms throughout the town close at 9 pm. What suckers man... seriously
