  Visit this location often and only to fill gas. Several times I've needed to interact with an employee. Let me tell you that they don't know how to smile, greet you or acknowledge your existence. It always appears that I'm bothering them and making their day harder.

  Two stars for the selection and sheer interior space. Now for the rest. I stopped in simply to fill my Yeti full of the absolutely fantastic cappuccino, specifically white chocolate caramel. I have a guilty/bad habit of adding sugar to my coffee, even an already super sweet cappuccino. Let me remind you, this place is huge, so it took me a minute to find where all the coffee was located and centralized. After locating the mega Island that held the machine with the cappuccino coffee I craved, I ended up circling it many times looking for my guilty pleasure, 1 of 2 things that should always be near coffee.......the sugar! Meanwhile, two employees sit behind the counter looking out the window at some contractors doing work on their poorly maintained building. I walked over to the counter but it was difficult to make eye contact through the leftover covid glass covered in advertisements for tobacco and whatnot. Finally being able to make eye contact with a gentleman he pointed generally in an area next to the checkout counter..... Guess they've had a few sugar and creamer containers go missing 🤷🏽 Here's the thing, opening a Chevron store on Evergreen Way intersecting with Everett Mall Way coupled with the wrong store floor plan for the area due to theft, vagrancy and loitering. The cost of doing business in your location is going to be theft unless you change your store layout. Until then, why make customers like me who never stop by (and now never will again), suffer because you're too cheap to change your layout or realize that you should have put sugar and creamer theft in your business plan! Darn shame, this place has all the potential.

  They sell expired food products, they don't have coffee, and the lady behind the counter is literally talking on the phone all the time, you can't even talk to her. Not to mention she's extremely rude.

  I've always actually liked this particular location, but today I was really appalled when I put a couple pennies in the leave a penny take a penny thing. Before I left I ended up buying something else and when I went to put the pennies from the second purchase I noticed the ones from my first purchase were gone. I WAS ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. As I walked out, I turned to check, just to make sure, and watched as the casier DID IT AGAIN!
  He actually took the pennies I left behind, which everyone knows are for if someone (meaning a customer not an employee) needs them and NOT for the store to just keep cuz they feel like it.
  I MEAN SERIOUSLY, HOW GREEDY IS THAT?? I'm so disgusted by the cashiers behavior, and am shocked that he is so greedy he can't even leave the pennies for a customer who may need it like every other store would.
  The other reviews are right. The employees here are downright thieves and something needs to get done about it.

  Picked up two packs of cigarettes before work and one pack was opened on the bottom then tapped up. Total lack of customer service and a complete disregard for ethics.

  Always watch the pricing of items, they WILL make up whatever price they want to if you don't pay attention. If there's discounts for some drinks, such as a 2/$4, I got charged over $7 for 2 drinks. Call them out for overcharging you.

  Very nonchalant employees. They wouldn’t allow 21+ year old girl get her alcoholic drinks stating she wasn’t of age. And that the date on her ID wasn’t her birthday. Very dumb , wasted my time arguing with the poor girl.
