Ordered on doordash, dasher was fine, but the store doesn't seem to care about the accuracy of their online orders. Today (03/08) we had ordered two burritos, both double protein and one double wrapped, we didn't get the second tortilla, neither had a double serving of protein and one got barbacoa instead of steak as had been ordered. This is not the first time. They don't care unless you're standing right in front of them.

Let me tell you… I had placed an online order and when I came to pick it up, the crew in the front was so rude it was unbelievable, one of the ladies even rolled her eyes at me. It was so rude to the point I had to ask for the manager (despite the fact I hate doing that) Katrina I think her name was, was the sweetest/kindest person I had spoken to. I told her the situation and she immediately took it into her own hands. My order was also incorrect and she instantly without hesitation made me a new fresh bowl. I would just like to say thank you Katrina for doing something about an issue.

Horrible. Ordered for pickup and recieved tiny tiny burritos. Was a joke but not a funny one. Will never go back.

I have never seen a chipotle bowl look like this until we moved here. Every time I ask for sour cream they drown it like who eats that much sour cream compared what in the bowl! The second pic is my husbands bowl he hasn't even eaten out of it.

Terrible location. When in for lunch- they said they ran out of cheese. Nothing to compensate for not having cheese. Small portions, checked out workers, and music was non existent. Made for a stale, unhappy environment. The corporate office needs to check out this location. Every time I come something is not available and no one cares.

Beware of the Everettmall Chipotle. Horrible customer service. The portion sizie are always different. Can't believe they don't measure there food out. Class action Law suit awaiting. Need to properly train there employees on portion size and customer service. Will never go back!!! Beware!!!

This is probably the 5th-6th time this store has been unable to fulfill an order correctly for me. And while I wouldn’t mind the fact that the store runs out of items constantly, it’s the consistent dismissive attitude of the employees towards their customers that is disappointing. Instead of telling customers when they don’t have items to fulfill an order, they choose to waste a customer’s time coming back to the store, only to give an attitude of “Well we didn’t have chips today. We ran out”. Well then maybe tell your customers that purchased chips instead of trying to sell a product that you are out of. Shame on your employees of this establishment, truly coming last in terms of customer service.

I went to Everett Mall on Saturday am on the 21st and walked in at 11am. Your counter teammate said we are not serving walk ups until 2pm. No sorry, curt response. Said I could use the App. Did not have my phone. Your doors were open, no signage on short staffing model. Not the first time of a big let down from this store. Unfortunately see the same issues at Lynnwood, Bothell and Lake Steven. The only Store I will visit that have their stuff together is Smokey Point Marysville and Northgate. Those stores are awesome. Its all about opportunities and what are done with them to keep customers coming back. BTW your website does not allow for comments as the date of visit and time links are in-active. So you know!!!

Employees are rude and so are the managers. Got yelled at by a manager simply for telling him that it makes no sense to turn away a customer because they won’t download an app to make an order. There were no orders happening, online or otherwise and the employees were literally just milling around and ignoring us. Ridiculously lazy and unprofessional.

Last few years that I have gone to this location. They have been doing online only orders or closed during open hours. The one in Arlington also serves amazing normal portions compared to this one which is very stingy. Not worth putting in any effort to come

This has to be the worst chipotle I’ve been to. I’ve been here 5 times now (only because it’s the closest to me now) and every time I go there’s an issue. From not having ingredients, small servings. This time I came I was told if I wanted rice I need to order through the app. Please make that make sense.
