Every time I bring my daughter in the staff is always rude. My first perception upon walking in the other day was the sales woman standing at the register on her phone. Secondly, I was passed off while trying to purchase to another woman and when I had questions about my purchase she one, seemed annoyed and two, "forgot" to give me my reciept.I work with the public for a living and this is by FAR the WORST guest service in any store. Not even from teens. From women, grown women.

I wish I could do zero stars. The MANAGER here was absolutely the rudest for my daughters first piercing. Literally cut me off during my questions, was angrily getting things done, huffing when my mother in law asked if we can move the dot a little. I literally would have left if this wasn't for my daughter and that it was a special day for her. I cannot believe how unprofessional she was. Go to another Claire's. Do not come here!

The employee Emerald was unhappy to be working very unprofessional and very rude to me and my daughter. We were shopping around bought a few items and when we left I realized my little one took a candy from there so we went back to return it (trying to teach her not to steal) and was very rude complaining how she had her mouth on it and mumbled a bunch when we walked away she is not a person to be working in a kid family friendly jewelry store.
