Ah, yes, the pinnacle of incompetence disguised as an internet service provider. If there were an award for the most infuriating, mind-numbingly useless service imaginable, they’d win it without contest. The sheer hoops you have to jump through just to speak to an actual human being are nothing short of a cruel joke. They proudly claim to make moving “easy”—a statement so detached from reality it borders on satire. And as for the so-called “free” move? Let’s just say honesty clearly isn’t in their vocabulary. This miserable excuse for a service is officially dead to me, and I wouldn’t return even if they paid me.

Xfinity is absolute dog water. Trying to connect with someone to actually talk about the issues is maddening. The automated system sucks and will not let you get anywhere. It is limited to the top issues and not for things like “my line is down” “my internet is slow”
Not being able to talk with someone gets me no where in solving the problem. And if you don’t do exactly what the automated system tells you to it disconnects.

Stay away from these scammers. Xfinity will try to hook you up with a "to good to be true" promotion. You will regret it with their customer service staff.
I got promised a $500 visa card to pay off for my contract with my previous carrier, big mistake. I escalated this issue up to the corporation(good luck if you're able to reach that high) and they said there's no such of deal, never was, so I requested to review the phone calls since they're recorded and by magic there's no such of call where I got offered that promotion. I said I'm a liar now? Well, then I'm stepping out of Xfinity service.

The worst company for internet and customer service. Extremely hard to reach someone and they always raise their price unexpectedly. Just got a 20$ increase out of nowhere. They are lucky they have a monopoly in my area so most people have no choice but to use this crappy company.

Zero stars if I could give it. What's with the daily updates???? Even turned it off. But still doing updates??? Is it an update or thief of our data???? I think you guys are tracking what we watch and selling our data. Sounds like a law suit in the making. Very dissatisfied customer.

This company is absolutely ridiculous with its virtual assistants. Nothing is handled by a real person. ALL business is completed through text messages. The live chat takes up a lot of time. It took 1 1/2 hour trying to conduct business to no avail. I was told a live agent will call in 3-5 minutes. It’s been two months. My bill is doubled every month and the charges unexplained. This company is RIDICULOUS now.

The worst customer experience ever. 25+ minutes with sales to get just internet access. The sales guy in India tried selling me a ton of other junk when at the very start of the conversation I said "I only want 1GB of internet and nothing else". He forced me to listen to a ~10 minute automated message that was supposed to recap my order, but it just tried to sell me something else. I called Zipply fiber, spoke to someone in the states, order done in 5 minutes, and much faster speeds for less $$$.

This rating is more reserved for Comcast in general, I spent 2 hrs of my time applying for a technician job their overly complex application system and had my time completely wasted, was denied the job before I could finish their training module. I was denied too quickly without any reason at all!! Down with Comcast

A long wait and no stars is not an option. My service is constantly going off-line. I’ve lost count how many times they replace the modem. The Internet is constantly going off-line. I don’t believe I’m going to renew my contract.

I sign for a 12 month plan. basis TV and internet. it always goes up, so we found a plan. $80 per month , it was $70 but it was going to be $125.00 I signed and approved the 10 buck increase even though every thing was the same.it turns out to be not sticking and not gonna happen. liersthey are still charging me more. and sending me TV box I don't want.
