“This nature walk is delightful. There are some shaded portions of their boardwalk that have gotten a bit funky with algae or something that can make it a bit slippery, and I suggest only going on dry days if you have any mobility impairments.Their artificial stream/fish viewing area is unfortunately skippable. Every time I’ve looked it’s been so dirty/murky there was nothing to see. I feel that it could be better maintained.Their hours are also a bit limited and I really wish they were open on Sundays as that is usually the day my family likes to go on nature walks. But I love the walk and I love supporting the foundation through membership and their cute little shop.”
“The Salvation Army has helped me in sooo many ways through the years. The people here make you feel welcome, no matter who you are. Their food bank is a huge help this time of my life and I greatly appreciate it. Unlike some food banks, you can come twice a month. Which is really nice.”
“My son Ashton has been attending All Aboard for a year now. He loves it there. He has made numerous friends, and he feels like he is a part of something he cares about, and having something for him to be a part of has changed his whole outlook on life. He is definitely a happier adult with disabilities.
They have BINGO, karaoke, art, and crafts and social interactions that become very important as well as once a monthly dances held at Forrest Park.
I feel he is 100% safe as they have plenty of great supervision.
I enjoy volunteering here as well. It's truly a gift to myself every time I am surrounded by these wonderful souls.
Every one of them are precious!”
“I volunteered at the shelter for nearly a decade cleaning cages and/or fostering until I moved away in Sept '23, and I can attest personally to the care, love, and attention given to these magical creatures. Ferrets are often overlooked in animal rescue, and this organization does so much for the pnw community. They are a no-kill shelter and have never, will never turn down a ferret in need. Hands-down my fav non-profit to support.”
“This was my first visit; it won't be my last. Here's why: Cleanliness was a 5. as was organization and quality of the goods. Prices were very good. They've got dressing room - big plus. Its only downside is that it's a smaller place so you're not going to have the variety you'll find at larger thrift stores.
That said, the warm and friendly way I was treated would have me going back anyway. I'm a sucker for good customer service but truth is, I almost didn't feel like a customer. It felt like I was visiting with some friends.”

“Thank you to all the women that work here! Everybody is so kind and caring. They go out of their way above and beyond to help you get any resources you may seeking. Fed my son and I when we were hungry, sent us to go plates and snacks and donated clothes to us. Because of them my son and I are no longer homeless and are moving into our new home next week! These women changed my entire life in less than a week.”
“Great place to donate Women's professional clothing for an excellent cause. The staff are friendly and helpful. Make a difference in someone's life and donate!”
“A great place to find those items..you might be looking for.. hardware, furniture, miscellaneous items.. always find something I need....Wonderful and friendly crew always welcomes you ...”
“Very good friendly staff. It is always a pleasure to visit and contribute my blood donation to help others. I'll continue to visit the Everett Oak St. location for all my furniture donations.”
“Love this non profit. They have a great restaurant and resale furniture store on sight. Both are used in their training program, teaching people marketable job skills, including 4 weeks of soft skills training. Great staff who help students find jobs once they finish the program.”
“Ive been to just about every second hand thrift store in this area and the customer service that I received at this particular location was better than the rest of them combined so I appreciate you making me smile Holly with an H”
“Updated May '23: Still the best (and realistically, the only) place to go. Have always been thankful they are here. Just coming back into the "fold".Always 5+ stars!!!For those with HIV, the place to go. Carrie is the best Case Manager, but I AM biased.”
“What a fun way to shop! These are large bins full of unorganized merchandise, so be sure to set your expectation right. You'll need a few things for an enjoyable experience.
1. Time - Don't expect to walk in and find exactly what you're looking for right away.
2. Patience - The parking in this particular location can be tight at times and the store can be crowed with shoppers going nuts through the bins.
3. Gloves and a mask are advisable, especially if your sensitive to smells. I personally didn't smell anything.
4. To go home with A LOT MORE FANTASTIC FINDS than you originally planned.
It's like a shopping party. GET YOUR CARTS REEEEEADY!”

“Housing Hope is a wonderful, effective enterprise making a real difference to communities in Snohomish County. I can think of no more worthwhile target for giving during the holiday period.”
“I have been shopping at Everett Goodwill for years, and I enjoy searching for items needed and fun treasures.Unfortunately, as we all have experience and expressed prices have gone up. But then we take a look at the difficulty in donations and theft.May our community support Goodwill job training.”
“I got membership here due to my daughter’s swim lessons. I ended up enjoying this place so much. Tons of group classes to choose from! The instructors are super friendly! I was also offered orientation of the gym and equipments. Working out is not my vibe but I’m thoroughly enjoying the group classes I take. I do Yoga, Zumba, Barre, Group Power and Group Active. Love each and every one of them. Yet to try Group fight but I’m sure that will be as awesome as the other classes! The front desk is always friendly and never miss to greet! A special shoutout to the girls at the kids zone! My 5 year old looks forward to go kids zone every single day. The girls at the kids zone are very cheerful and friendly with the kids. They sit and spend time with kids to teach them coloring and some art and craft as well. My daughter is always excited to show me her coloring pages and little craft projects she does there while I enjoy my group class.I just wish they had a Sauna here. I enjoy sitting in the hot tub sometimes after my class but Sauna would have been much better! But nonetheless, this place is loved by me and my 5 yr old.”
“I wish there had been more information for first time visitors about parking and entry particulars. Example, entry was staggered for VIP, Bronze, and general admission.”
