Came in on a Friday asking for a ball park estimate based on pictures and that’s how I met Alex. The price made sense and was lower than most other places I had gone to ask so I decided to give it a shot since talking with the owner gave me a sense of security and like they care and know their work very well. Service was amazing and reasonably priced for exceptional quality work. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Finding an honest and trustworthy mechanic is no easy task, but CAMS fits the bill. Alex was able to find the cause of the issue I was having to repeatedly get fixed. They quickly helped me out for a great price to boot. You won't regret depending on this shop!

My husband just filed a complaint with the State Attorney General's office today, and we are getting a case number in the next day or so, in regards to his truck. These are pictures showing the state of it, after having paid for materials and dropping it off on October 1st. The owner promised us that it would be done last Wednesday, then ghosted us again. My husband dropped by today, and found the worker there, no owner, and various car parts (not ours) being worked on. Apparently, the owner said that the car parts come first. Meanwhile, the truck is in pieces and we are navigating life with one car. We are tired of playing nice. This truck being painted is a gift for Jim, after years of driving a good ol' truck that was rough looking. It was to be a happy thing. In any case, the owner was not using his legal first name. I did a reverse phone number look up, and matched the name to his Facebook profile. Joel Alex Espana, C.A.M.S/Control Z, 9920 Evergreen Way. I did a court records list, he has a whole page of cases, where he was the defendant. We have to wonder why our truck is put aside for random parts, that seem to show up and then be gone? Seems shady. In any case, I wish we had NEVER taken him our business.

Review for C.A.M.S. - but everytime I try to find them, I get redirected to Control Z Auto Repair. That should probably be a warning sign. Tried to look up the company on the Secretary of State website, but I can't find them: they are probably doing business illegally. I can't find anything under the C.A.M.S. business name, but the address of the business to which I am referring is: 9920 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA 98204 ... sharing a parking lot with the Buzz Inn Steakhouse. Whatever the name, I bought a car from the business owner, Alex Olebar, on 5/31/2019. The car was grinding and making a terrible noise on the way home, and Alex said it was nothing - that it would work itself out. Months later, I don't have the car, I drove it for about a week and a half, and they said they were going to fix it, we we are still waiting. I am out the cost of the vehicle, I have missed months of work and am on the verge of losing my home and my job. This place has completely screwed my life and all they do is dodge my phone calls, promise to get right back to me (but they never do), promise the car will be finished in a day or two (it never is), and basically lie repeatedly. Do yourself a favor - don't call this company; they will totally screw you over.

The radiator blew and he had one on the way by the time I got to the shop. The shop fixed it and I was able to make it home within an hour or so. Thanks again.
