I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Deb and Lisa—they truly go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. Their communication was clear and timely, and they handled every detail with care and expertise. It’s rare to find such a great combination of warmth and efficiency, but Deb and Lisa delivered both in spades. I can’t recommend them highly enough—thank you for the amazing service!

Low stock on products, poor customer service by the old ladies there. I dread going in every time. I Usually go to salon centric and today was a reminder of why. Also not kid friendly at all.
Very unfortunate that we don't have alot of options because they would be outta business.

I love coming to this location!!! The whole staff is amazing, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Jessi was the last young lady that assisted me and she was absolutely wonderful.

They have exclusive contracts on professional product lines. Problem is that they don't carry complete lines or they are often out of products. This puts every hairdresser that does business with them at risk of poor client services. Reliability has gone down since Sally's purchased this store.

Hit & miss inventory like all the Cosmoprofs in the area. This is one of the larger locations which is why I frequent it. The placement of brands & types of products doesnt flow at all. I'm always searching and wandering looking for something. And rarely offered help or greeted. Staff tend to not say hello or offer assistance.

Out of stock on alot if categories of products. Staff isn't licensed so most don't know anything about products. And if you're looking for brushes and especially combs shelves are empty.

No one spoke to us when we walked in, then we proceeded to wait for 20 minutes while the only employee did a phone order and did not even acknowledge us while we waited at the register. I am very disappointed in the experience and will never come back!
