Spent a lot of money on a pair of Kirkland brand RX sunglasses 1 year and 1 month ago and both sides of the sunglasses frames became horribly discolored, all brown and black down the sides. I took them in for help and they accused me discoloring them by hair dye (I’m a blonde, I don’t dye my hair black) they also said they wouldn’t help because it had been over a year since purchase, one year and one month. I get that part, fine, don’t be like the usual Costco and help, but then not to even help make it right when the item is clearly defective?🙃 they want you to have to spend $$$ every year to replace your glasses instead of them lasting the years they should.
I’ve been getting all my glasses there since I was a kid. Not the same Costco anymore :(

I'm obsessed with Costco! The prices are unbeatable, and the quality is always top-notch. From fresh produce to electronics, they've got everything. The bulk shopping model might not be for everyone, but for me, it's a game-changer. I save so much money on household essentials and groceries. Plus, the customer service is always friendly and helpful. If you haven't been to this Costco yet, you're missing out! Highly recommend!

I love Costco have been a member for years…
But recently the crew they hired at Everett by silver lake is very unprofessional making comments about me. and when you ask anything that involves more than them tapping on their computer they just stop helping you it feels in a way as if they’re ignoring you. Linda I think her name was an older lady couldn’t even figure out how to help me when I asked for some one who could she said it’s the weekend no one is here, I asked for a phone number she refused insisting to call me and that I give her my phone number? Making comments about my appearance and how I talk this is crazy not the same Costco as previous years I just hope they change it before they become like sam’s club or blockbuster

Staff were good, as usual, although i have not met any of the folk's who prepare & give away sample's, of different type's of food & drink's to be not really enthuiseastic, about ,the job in general?, i would probably understand thier Plight? If i were to take a few hour's preparing & giving away sample's, i saw people rold to come back in15 minute's, coming back in less then 5, And my guess, is thier wage doe's not reflect the humility that is asserted when having to tell the same group to let other's partake? Over& over& over! NOT ON MY BUCKET LIST OF EMPLOYMENT!
