Had an appointment at 10:00 to have new tires put on my work van. One was not holding air. Kid gave me a price and scheduled an appointment. Get there and none in stock!! Costco cost me time and money. The employees are brain dead!!!!

I took my car to tire center Costco in Everett to rotation and maintained on 5/26. After get home I noticed the gas mileage was running out fast and someone told me it must be tire pressure was low and I stopped by today, the 30th . I talked to Charles the technician at the center. He checked everything to make sure the car was good. Thank you, Charle for your honest reliable service and quick service to make sure I am safe.

Came here to fill my warranty for my tire and after helping me out and getting me my tire they did not install the tire well I had my spare on, normally I would just roll my eyes but not only did they tell me it would be a 45 minute wait because I would have to rejoin the line even though I just waited but they threw on the receipt that they actually installed the tire but put on a black valve stem Cap of the green nitrogen one, so I really hope the tire isn't just air

I came over the day before to get an appointment for a tire repair, and there was a really great guy working the front desk at the tire center inside. He was very informative, detailed and super pleasant to talk. He asked me to return next day since it's a Saturday and it's less busy. I asked if he's gonna be there and he confirmed. Next day, early morning i was the first in line. Waited for the desk guy, but another one showed up. I asked about my guy from the night before, he said he's not working. Long story short, they didn't have my car in their system and the guy was absolutely rude about it, questioning me as if im a second grader about my own car's model. Verbal confrontation and then I hand him the keys. I go outside to tell them which tire it was and the other guy was like we have standard procedures. I honestly felt that I'm in a low cost garage, which I probably should have done. Overall, horrible experience from Costco and it doesn't suit the brand

I was the first person in line this morning and I still had to wait over 2 hours for a basic tire repair. Somehow, they expect you to make an appointment when you suddenly run over a screw. Ridiculous.

Literally the best customer service I’ve ever had. I never write reviews, but I had to this time. We blew a tire heading up I5 and they had us fixed and back on the road in an hour and a half for $12. Incredible. We also had a bunch of stuff piled in the trunk so access was blocked to our spare tire. Not only was this not a problem, they repacked everything in a more organized way! 15/10 best customer service I’ve ever had.

They put some aggressive BF Goodridge off-road tires on my wife's FJ cruiser, I told them I planned to climb Mount Everest. I couldn't be happier about the entire experience.

I went to change tires here they dine have size, they ordered tires it took one week tires to arrive. And they gave me appointment after 10 days for installation..Pathetic service..
